When I opened my eyes, nothing seemed clear. I had a blurry view. I rubbed my eyes to see clearly through the window.
"The beach wave hit my mind with fresh thoughts. Though the force of the tides was low, it still managed to make the splashing sound. The rushing sound of the waves made me forget the busy traffic sound of the city. The sun had just hit the right spot of its rise. Dogs were barking at a distance. A group of people sat at the shore to enjoy the sunrise. A girl was walking along the line of salty water. Everyone seemed to enjoy their time."
After taking a long breath, I turned towards the mirror placed in the corner. My eyes seemed puffed with long, sleepless nights. The cacophony in my mind seemed muted. I smiled at the mirror and felt relaxed and happy to have decided to run away from the city for a while.
But I constantly thought, "Will things fall into place by running away?"
