Cindy's POV

I was so excited. Today I was turning seventeen and I was going to find out who my mate was. I lived in the country with my mom, dad, and my best friend Lily. She moved in with me when her parents got into a car accident.

Her room is right across from mine and I'm putting my makeup on for school. And in three, two, one.

"Happy birthday!"Lily barged in yelling right on cue,"Are you ready for school?"

"Almost,"I said putting on my lipstick.

After a couple seconds I set down my lipstick and turned to look at Lily. She was wearing shorts with a plaid long sleeve shirt and sneakers.

"Oh we've got a slut in the house,"she said eyeing my clothes and makeup.

"Shut up!"I growled at her.

"Jeez I think we need to get a hoes because it's getting hot in here,"she said fanning herself with a fan.

"Stop with the jokes already,"I said grabbing my bag and heading out my bedroom door.

"Oh come on you have to admit that last one was funny,"she said following my out of my room and into the kitchen.

"Hi girls,"my mom said,"You both look very lovely."

"Thank you Miss Ale,"Lily said to my mom. I never understood why she never called my mom, mom because she has been living with us for 13 years now.

"Again call me Margret,"my mom replied,"And here comes the grumpy part of the family."

Oh I forgot about my little sister Aria. She's 12 now and well for some reason she likes Lily more than anyone else. I mean other than the fact that Lily came to move in with us was around the time Aria was born I don't know why she likes her.

"Hey Lily,"she said smiling.

"Hey,"Lily said back smiling.

"Hey Aria,"I said smiling at her.

"Oh hi,"she said all grumpy.

"Hey it's your sister's birthday. Be nice,"Lily said getting onto Aria.

"Fine. Happy birthday sis,"she said with a fake smile,"Was that good?"

"Yes that was perfect,"Lily replied.

"Well you girls better get outside the bus is about to be here,"my mom said.

Me and Lily both said bye, grabbed our lunches and ran outside just as the bus pulled up. When we got on the bus kids were throwing things and yelling. But when they saw us they stopped and went silent. I guess they new who my father was and didn't want to get in trouble with him. If you didn't know we went to a school for werewolves so it wasn't new.

"Hey,"said Wally as he walked up to me,"Have you found out who your mate is yet?"

"No,"I said kinda pouty.

School was about to be over and I haven't found my mate.

"Here comes Lily,"Wally said and I turned to where he was looking.

There was Lily walking down the hallway smiling at us and her eyes were a sparkling baby blue and she looked adorable walking down the hall with her new sneakers on and... Wait did I just say her eyes were sparkling and she looked adorable? Where did that come from?

'Mate.'my wolf stated full of lust

'Excuse you? What did you just say?'

'Mate you imbecile its your...I mean our mate!'My wolf basically howled.

"Oh my goddess...I think I just found my mate,"I said as my jaw dropped.
