Just like usual, hyunjin was being sent down to the mortal realm to reclaim a couple souls, that's what he's in charge of anyways.
His head slowly peeks up from under the ground, it seems as though he's on or rather under a mountain.. How peculiar who could've died here?

He flies up out of the ground and he starts scanning his environment, just as he was observing the trees and the massive boulders scattered around him the view of smoke emitting just a little further ahead caught his attention.

He mumbled under his breath before he flew over to the smoke covered land. And just as he'd predicted there it was, a car crash.

The car had managed to completely flip over and the people present inside were all hanging upside down, blood was everywhere. Hyunjin crouched to see inside the car and it was a petrifying scene for anyone but him of course he was used to this. This had been his job ever since god threaded him together.

He got back up and swiped his hand across the car whilst murmuring a incantation. All of a sudden the souls of those dead inside the car were illuminated, hyunjin looked over them closely before he let out a sigh.

Hyunjin completely taken a back by this pulled his hand out or at least tried to, his hand was stuck.. Stuck to the soul and every single second the soul kept on departing downwards. Hyunjin started panicking.

He tried to pull his hand out but nothing worked suddenly he collapsed and fell onto his knees as the soul kept on going downwards, hyunjin tried fighting it but before he knew it his wings were stuck down too. He didn't know what was happening he tried looking around but his vision started becoming blurry.

His body felt weak as he was now halfway through the ground, he was stuck it felt extremely uncomfortable he was terrified and soon enough he couldn't see anything as a ringing noise in his ears overtook all his senses.
