Noah's POV
My heart was racing as Phil and a nurse race me down to their surgery station. The noise, lights, talking, just everything was silent in my head. The only thing I could focus on was Eleanor, and she can't even be here with me, well at least not during my surgery. I've had twenty something surgeries in my whole thirty seven years of life, since I was a teenager.

As Phil opens the white door, he quickly starts up one of the machines as I sit a few feet behind him. My hands squeeze the leather padding on the wheelchair armrest as my skin turns pale. I'm actually really scared, what if something goes wrong? What about Eleanor, Sebastian and-
"Noah, you need to relax" Phil waves As my breathing was significantly higher. "I don't want to do this, Phil " I said staring at my lap. "Noah, you have to. This is the difference between life and death okay?" I shake my head. "Where's Eleanor? " he furrows his brows. "You just saw her Remember? " she was all I needed right now. "Please bring her here. "
"If I go get her, will you do the surgery? " I just need to see her beautiful eyes again. "If she tells me to, but I need to see her now... please " I see him from the corner of my eye quickly walk to the door. I don't know what's wrong with me right now, but I have that longing for her again.
It's not love, I promised myself years ago.

A minute later I see the door open and my beautiful angel is there.
"Noah?" She looks confused and sad as she comes to kneel in front of me.
"What's wrong, baby? " she whispered while wrapping her arms around me.
"I can't do this. I just needed to see you again." She wraps her hand behind my head and holds me tightly.
"Noah, I promise I'll be right here with you, but you have to do this.
Baby we have to try everything ok? "
"Eleanor, I just wish you could be right here with me. Your presences help calm me down and make me feel secure." I said as she slowly pulls away. "Awe Noah, you know I'm not gonna leave again." She whispered then kisses me. "You're so beautiful" her eyes always show me how pretty she is and I just get lost in them.
"You're beautiful, Noah.... you always were." I lean in and kiss her as she smiles. "You can do this, baby."
"I'm just worried something will go wrong." Her lips part but she quickly finds something to say. "Remember what I told you? God is with you. Remember that, Noah " I know she's right, but it's still scary. "Noah?" I nod as our eyes meet again. "Will you be right here when I'm done? " she nods,
"I promise I'll be right here " I smile and kiss her one more time.
"Alright... I'll go" her soft hands cup my face and we kiss again before Phil knocks on the door. "Sorry to ruin the moment guys, but we need to make a decision now " I look up at him and nod. "I'll go but Phil, please let her in as soon as I'm done. I just want to see her when I'm awake." He nods, "I will, don't worry Noah." Eleanor looks back at me and smiles. "I'll see you in a few hours ok?" We kiss once more before she stands up. "You'll see each other in... probably three or four hours Ok?" We both nod before smiling at each other and she leaves.

"Ok Noah, you ready?" .....

Eleanor's POV
I went outside to call Folio, I had Noah's phone with me since he's in surgery. As I lean against the hard wall, the phone rings.

"Noah, you ok?" Folio answers nervously. "Hey Folio, it's me." I said putting my hand in my pocket. "Oh hey Ellie! How's everything going?" He asks with some banging in the background. "Well Noah's in surgery right now, you know with the cancer and everything." I explain as the cooler winds blow past me. "Really? Is it worse." He asked with more noise. "It's spreading a bit, but Will stopped by and was explaining it's not as bad as it looks. I don't know, Folio I'm praying for him though."
"Me too. I appreciate you telling me about this. The boys and I are wanting to have a dinner with you two soon." I smiled, the guys have been incredible to me. "Awe, you guys always know how to throw a good party." He laughs as more noise comes into the phone. "What are you doing!?" I laugh. "Sorry! I'm working on a bike." Folio and his motorcycle obsession. "You still love the bikes huh?" "Hell yeah! Their my baby after the tour." I totally can see that in Folio , he's wild but a total gentleman and has a huge heart.

"Same old, Folio! I would like to see you and the guys soon though. Maybe next week if Noah's up for it." We should go meet the boys for dinner.
"Just tell him there's beer, he'll come."
Folio chuckled. "Okay, I definitely will.
Well Folio, I've gotta get back in there, but let's get together next week ok?"
"Definitely. Take care Ellie, and watch our boy too." I laugh and start walking back into the hospital. "I will! Take care too Folio" we said goodbye and will think of a time for dinner....
