The Noise

It's dark, there's a noise coming from the bathroom, I can't quite make out what it is exactly. So, I sit up in bed and put my bare feet over the edge to softly touch the cold tile floor. The noise is persistent, calling me to full consciousness, as I walk into the dimly lit living room.
As I tiptoe across the carpet, I stay as humanly quiet as possible. A sudden thud against the door makes me jump, but I keep moving, everything in my body is telling me to turn around and leave the house.
My mind turns to my brothers and sister sleeping in the room next to the bathroom, and my mother in the one across. I take deep breaths telling myself I'm only dreaming, everything will be okay, yet as I pass the built in shelves I pick up a heavy glass vase with one hand and put out my other as I near the bathroom.
Slowly, I brace myself for everything all at once, hoping it was only my sister behind the door making this noise that I now know as the sawing of limbs.
I turn the door knob and push the door open with only a little resistance from something that leaves a red trail as  I do so, I poke my head inside and see them, two people, two strangers, sitting in my bathroom one of them, the woman pulling one of my brothers out of the murky red water in the tub, the other sawing off pieces of another's body.I gasped at the scene, alerting them of my presence to which they responded by smiling at me as though they were doing something completely normal. I looked down, and screamed in horror as my little sister's fingers twitched at the end of the door seeming to beckon me in...
