Chapter 1

As Luna walked into school proudly ,along with her best friend, everyone scrambled out of their way.

It was the first month of a brand new school year at William McKinley.
Just a sophomore , so only three more years of her glories days at school.

"Bree" she called out to her best friend who was walking right beside her to her left.

"Yup?" She asked still looking straight ahead

"We need to try out for Co- Head Cheerios" Luna told her

Bree finally looked at her best friend , and stopped in the middle of the hall.

"What are you talking about?" Bree asked her confused " You're already head cheerio! You don't need me."

"Well-"

Luna was about to answer when she saw two boys arguing a few feet from where they were standing

"What's going on here?" Bree muttered getting closer to the action.

"Bree!" Luna whispered loudly enough for her to hear. "Bree!" She called out once more only having her
not hear or simply ignoring.

"Luna is it?" A small blonde asked from behind her with the same cheerio outfit she had on

"Yeah Kat. Is it?" Luna questioned

"Kitty" Kitty responded with as much as sass as Luna had done. "I'm just going to come out and say it. Me. You. Join forces"

Luna chucked " Why on Earth would me and you join forces?" She took a huge breath and continued "And why exactly?"

"Listen up Askhole" She said
"Wanna know what I have to say or not?"

Luna was a little taken back, but didn't say anything.

"I'll take that as a yes" kitty said.

"There's a girl in Glee Club. She's as annoying as you maybe even more" She started "You can't even understand Luna"

"What does it do with me?" Luna asked curiosity filling her

"I don't even know" Kitty said crossing her arms and shaking her head "I just thought of you when all this happen"

"How thoughtful, but you were going to give me something I want if I helped you" Luna said " What is it?"

"Top of the social heap" Kitty smiled

Luna scoffed " Please, I'm already at the top"

"Close second" She said

The bell rung before Luna could say anything else.

Everyone ran into class closing their lockers.

"How about we skip class" Kitty asked looking back and forth making sure no one could hear the two "And talk more"

"How about no" Luna said turning around

"Ready to go" Bree asked walking away from the two boys from earlier

"Yeah. What was that all about?" Luna question

"Fighting over some girl" She answered

They were about to enter biology when Luna stopped
In front of the door

"You okay?" Bree asked worrying for her friend

"Yeah. I-I just got to use the b-bathroom. That's all" she lied "C-Cover for me?"

"Yeah. Of course"

Kitty had turned the other way. She knew she wasn't the top of the social pyramid yet even if she was head cheerio. Kitty was.

She thought about it some more , and fast walked to the hall kitty walked into hoping she hadn't gone to class.

"Your a terrible liar" Kitty chuckled " You know you stutter a lot when you lie"

Luna Jumped up and began to breath heavily "Dude. Don't scare me like that"

"I knew you wouldn't be able to pass this up so I waited" Kitty smiled

Luna finally adjusted from the scare she had witnessed and was still confused as how kitty can help her with her popularity.

"How can you help me? With the Social Ladder or something" She asked Kitty

"Pyramid" Kitty corrected " And I know just what to do "

"Glee club"
