"No. I don't want to go around hurting innocent guards"

"Innocent?" Karan scoffed.

"Okay, they are not innocent but we can't Sunny"

"I didn't mean it that way baby. But we need weapons for our protection. You know naah how dengerous our plan is and how cruel these people are. Our one mistake and they won't think twice before killing us. We can't take risk, this is our only chance to escape from here" he said cupping her face.

"Hmm" Teja said weakly.

"We can do that. Each of you can have a pocket knife or something" I know it was risky and I shouldn't be supporting them but I can't let my best friend die on surgery table. I have to help them, no matter what.

"Thank you" Teja said in a sweet voice. "That will help but But we will use weapons only if we are in danger. But the question still same, How to pass through the guards without being caught?"

"Guys we will have to risk it" Karan said.

"What? That won't work. Are you guys going nuts. You won't be able to escape from the guards without risking your lives. You will be easily caught this way"

"Well can anyone think of anything better then this" Karan asked giving me a pointed look. "I want to get out from here as soon as possible. The guards won't be searching since everyone will be locked up in their room plus I did it last time when power was cut"

"You were very lucky at the time, but that's not always the case" I argued.

Karan exhaled and ran his hands through his hair. "Okay so how should we do this. You guys have some plan?" he asked.

We got stuck in it again but suddenly there was a knock on my door.

"I have Christina for you" Said a man's muffled voice outside.

"I'm sorry. I forgot I had a therapy session" I told everyone. "I will try to arrange another meeting soon" I told them and both of them nodded and stood up.

"Thank you" said Teja and smiled seeing me and giving back a notebook to sister Geeta. "Thank you" Karan muttered and then walked out of the room

TEJASSWI POV
I was sitting in my room wondering what we were going to do. Finally it's time for lunch, which was the only time of the day that kept me sane. I walked towards the cafeteria with some excitement, but when I entered Karan was sitting on a chair looking worried and thinking deeply. He looked upset, but when he saw me sitting next to him his features softened.

"Hey" He said smiling. He placed his hand on my thigh as usual but there was something different in the way he did it in the last few days. It was safer. Like he wanted to make sure I was there and I would stay that way.

"So our plan?"

Sunny nodded, our faces were only a few inches apart and then I noticed that he wanted to get closer to me lately.

"How to get past the guards and get into Ward D. It is difficult and running to Ward-D is pointless"

"You are right" Sunny agreed. "I've been thinking about it and I have an idea"

"What?"

"We can involve Aditi or any other patient and help them escape too. We can tell her to scream so the guards will get distracted, she will run in the opposite direction from us. Once they get distracted, no one will think about us" He said.

My eyes immediately lit up "That's good but I am feeling bad if we use her"

"Then what was the whole point of trying to make friends baby?" he asked and I couldn't argue with that. "It's not like we have to go through this. It's just a thought"

"Well even if we do that some employees might see us. This place is full of them" I said sadly.

"Yeah" Sunny exhaled deeply. His eyes shifted to the table and his nostrils flared slightly. He was immersed in stressful thoughts as if getting out of this hospital was absolutely vital at this exact moment.

"I am sorry. I shouldn't have brought this topic up right now. This is the only time in the day we get to be together, I shouldn't have ruined it" I said.

"It's okay baby. Let's focus on getting out of here before we get into any trouble. Getting out from this hell should be our priority right now. We are doing this for ourselves right? Don't be sorry okay? A beautiful and peaceful life is waiting for us outside this hell. We have a lifetime to spend together"

I nodded and the atmosphere changed again and Sunny's eyes lit up. "I've got an idea" He said and I looked at him to continue.

"It's not - it's not very good but it's an idea. It might help us get out but it's violent"

"What?" I asked

He looked at me seriously but I saw a glint of excitement in his eyes. He licked his lips "It involved killing Kunal"
