Shrek is not only known for his iconic green ogre appearance but also for his culinary skills, so let's have him boil an egg with his characteristic flair:

Shrek starts by heading to his swampy kitchen. He's got a big, old pot on the stove, perfect for boiling a few eggs.

He grabs a fresh egg from the basket and places it gently on the counter.

Shrek fills the pot with water, making sure there's enough to completely cover the egg. He then places the pot on the stove and turns on the burner.

While waiting for the water to boil, Shrek hums a tune, perhaps his own rendition of "I'm a Believer."

Once the water is bubbling and boiling, Shrek carefully takes the egg and gently lowers it into the pot with a spoon. He doesn't want to crack the eggshell!

Shrek sets a timer for 9-12 minutes, depending on how he likes his eggs. If he wants a soft-boiled egg, he goes for 9 minutes, but if he's in the mood for a hard-boiled one, he lets it simmer for the full 12 minutes.

While waiting, Shrek may entertain himself by telling Donkey some of his favorite swamp stories.

When the timer goes off, Shrek grabs an oven mitt, carefully removes the egg from the boiling water, and places it in a bowl of cold water to cool.

Once it's cool enough to handle, Shrek cracks the eggshell gently and peels it, revealing a perfectly boiled egg.

Shrek takes a big bite of the egg, savoring the delicious result of his cooking skills. And, of course, he's always ready to share with friends if they want some too.
