Hi everyone! My name is Karl Anthony Towns, you can call me Karl or KAT. In case you're wondering how I met Andrew Wiggins? We met when we both played for Minnesota Timberwolves. Apparently, someone from my team was asking how on earth do you date someone who was taller than you? It doesn't matter because I wanted to be with someone who can always be with and hang out with. Anyways, let's get started
October 2015
Minneapolis, MN
3:30pm
Karl was getting dressed up for the game as he was meeting the team. Although, he was unaware that he's going to meet someone who would be playing for Minnesota Timberwolves. "Oh hey, are you new here?" The man asked. "Uh yes, what's your name?" "I'm Andrew Christian Wiggins, how about you?" "I'm Karl Anthony Towns, you can call me Karl," He said. "Nice to meet you Karl, what brings you here?" "Actually, I'm playing for Minnesota Timberwolves," He told him. "Really? That's great! We're on the same team," Karl was amazed knowing that Andrew and him were playing together for The Timberwolves.
Gorgui Dieng who was in the locker room with the boys. "Wait! Is that Karl?" "Yes," "Hi I'm Gorgui, Nice to meet you," "Shabazz Muhammad," Everyone in the roster were getting to know the players. Even the head coach was there to meet the player right before Tom Thibodeau took over. Later on, they were playing together against the other NBA teams while the fans were cheering. Target Center has been full of fans and supporters since they got there. During halftime show, Karl was in the locker room to spend time with Andrew Wiggins.
Karl Anthony Towns: so What's the buzz?
Andrew Wiggins: well Karl, I was wondering if we can hang out sometime?
Karl Anthony Towns: Really?
Andrew Wiggins: yeah, to be honest. I was thinking, do you want to hang out with me sometime? Maybe set up a coffee date and maybe one of those days, we could have dinner and go to the movies together?
Karl Anthony Towns: That would be great! When do you plan on doing a coffee date?
Andrew Wiggins: this week since I don't have anything planned.
Karl Anthony Towns: Okay sure! That will be great.
Andrew Wiggins: looking forward to it Karl because I wanted to get to know you better.
~ Time Skip ~
After the NBA game,
Karl and Andrew Wiggins walked to the parking lot together just to have the car rides. Somehow, Karl was starting to feel something swirling around realizing Andrew would be in love with him. Yet, they were the ones enjoying the night together despite of their team's loss to the other NBA teams. Later on, they enjoying the hotpot date together and smiling at each other.
Andrew Wiggins: Karl, we've known each other for quite some time now and I am starting to feel a special connection.
Karl Anthony Towns: oh okay.
Andrew Wiggins: Well it's just that I couldn't ask for a better match.
Karl Anthony Towns: Wow! I'd never thought you'd say that's
Andrew Wiggins: well yeah because I really feel like I could always be your ideal type.
Karl Anthony Towns: Oh wow.
Andrew Wiggins: but I'll call it a night
He and Andrew were laughing together.
Karl Anthony Towns: Okay okay 😂. Although, I really love the sound of that.
Andrew Wiggins: great.
Karl Anthony Towns: Let's eat.
15 minutes later,
They decided to go straight home for their tomorrow's meeting. Somehow, Karl and Andrew Wiggins decided to have their first meeting before bedtime.
Karl Anthony Towns: actually, we had a great night.
Andrew Wiggins: me too! So I'll see you around then?
Karl Anthony Towns: Yeah.
He headed back inside the apartment complex since Andrew Wiggins lived few blocks away from him.
Karl Anthony Towns' bedroom
9:30pm,
Karl was watching TV as he was texting his teammate Andrew Wiggins

-Hi man! We had the best time of our lives. I don't want our night to end
