CLAZZO

Today is the groundbreaking ceremony of one of our biggest project.

I arrived at the place one hour early before it started, halos wala na ngang parking space sa dami ng sasakyan, I haven't seen Axel, malamang ay isa na siya sa umaasikaso sa event.

Pumasok muna ako sa visitor area na sa pangalawang palapag ng building kung saan kitang kita ang kagandahan ng karagatan, indeed, this island is perfect for our project.

Sinuot ko muna ang earphones ko para practicin ang speech ko mamaya, naglalakad lakad lang ako habang hawak ang iPad kung saan nakalagay ang sinulat kong formal speech para mamaya.

Mula sa itaas ay natanaw ko ang isang engineer at kasama niya ang isang architect, they're both wearing a hard hat habang tinitignan ang area.

Seryosong seryoso si Axel sa pagtanaw sa paligid, may hawak din siyang iPad kung saan niya naman nililista ang mga importanteng detalye na sinasabi sa kaniya ng engineer.

He's indeed a hands on architect, hindi na kataka-taka na mataming tumanggap sa kaniya at marami ng napatunayan bilang arkitekto.

Matapos ang ilang minuto ay pinatawag na ako para sa speech, naglakad ako sa red carpet at saka sila nagpalakpakan nang pumasok na ako.

I was smiling to all of them, dapat makaramdam sila ng welcoming feeling kaya ako ngimiti.

Umakyat ako sa maliit na stage and I delivered my formal speech, nabalot na nag katahimikan ang lugar.

"Good day, everyone. Our beloved visitors, as for everyone to know, this groundbreaking ceremony celebrates the starting construction of one of Clazzo Corporation's biggest projects, we are honorable glad to share this memorable event with everyone." Panimula ko.

Lahat ay nakatuon sa akin, ang mga heads na mag aasikaso sa construction ay nasa front seat kasama si Axel. Nakangiti lang siya habang nakikinig sa akin.

"I'd like to thank the investors, sponsors, partners, and management of Clazzo corporation to make this dream project to come in real life." I said with a smile.

"It was a great honor for Clazzo corporation to hold and be the main foundation of this project, I will make sure to satisfy every customer needs and wants with our resort." Dugtong ko.

"Clazzo corporation mission's regarding this project is to of course, satisfy our customers, earned a profitable income, be the most 'talk of the town' resort in davao islands, and create a reasonable structures of resorts and hotel. With the help of Wagon and Cienfuego group, we'll make the dream... Work." Doon ay nagpalakpakan na sila.

Ngumiti lang ako at nagpasalamat para tapusin ang speech, sunod na magbibigay ng speech ay si Copeland na head ng construction team. Siya ang may hawak ng blueprint ng isla, lahat ng plano para sa project, at proposed budget for this project.

Pag upo ko sa front seat ay saka naman tumayo si Copeland, nakangiti siya at saka bahagyang nag bow sa harap ng lahat, he cleared gis me throat before speaking.

"Greetings, I am Keyos Axelorion Copeland, the head Architect of Cienfuego Real Estate and Infrastructure Development. I am also the head of construction group for this project," Pinalakpakan naman siya sa maganda niyang introduction.

"Firstly, I want to send my gratitude to our president and chairman of Clazzo Corporation, Ms. Bythesea Clazzo. She made me achieved the designs that is presented on the billboard." Dugtong niya, nakangiti siya habang nagsasalita.

"I am pretty sure that this project will be quiet challenging, we had to sacrifice other things to make this happen, I am glad that behind every decision is the support of Wagon, Cienfuego, and of course, Clazzo corporation." He said, lahat ng nanonood sa kaniya ay nakangit lang.
