Messaging Luna gave Jin something he didn't know he was missing. As much as he loved his BTS brothers, it was different with his potential love match. He had never imagined that this would happen, that he would meet someone online and furthermore, someone he could picture having a life with.

The two talked every day. After two weeks, Luna was back in Korea so the time difference was no longer a problem. Not that Jin wasn't used to staying up into the late hours, but Luna was aware of the time and would insist he go to sleep. It warmed his heart that she cared about him that way already.

They learnt so much about each other. They talked about Jin's love of food, why Luna doesn't drink alcohol, and their favourite places in Seoul, but one thing they didn't talk about was what Jin did for a living.

Jin wasn't sure what was holding him back and he was surprised that Luna hadn't brought up the subject. He assumed that she wasn't an ARMY or at least not one that could recognise him from the things he had told her about himself. However, she knew that he was a public figure since he required an NDA and had asked if she was okay with being in the public eye. He wondered what she would think once she found out that he's an Idol.

"I love K-dramas."

Jin saw this as his opportunity.

"Do you listen to K-pop?"

"Not really. Is there something you would recommend?"

"Myself."

"You're a K-pop Idol?!"

"Look up BTS."

He waited for what felt like forever for her to reply again. It wasn't until 30 minutes later that Luna responded.

"Sorry! There's so much information. Worldwide handsome Jin?"

"That's me! Were you shocked by my handsome face?"

"Meh."

His eyes widened. That wasn't the response he was expecting at all.

"Meh? Meh!"

"Just teasing! Of course I was and now you can never see what I look like."

"No! Send me a photo? Please? 🥺"

Although he had no idea what she looked like, somehow Luna was just as he imagined her.

"Beautiful 😍 We really are a perfect match."

"I'm glad you think so."

Jin couldn't get a good read on Luna through that reply. He needed to know what she was thinking now that she knew what he did for a living.

"Do you? Does knowing I'm an Idol change anything?"

"Why would it change anything?"

"My life... It isn't normal. I'd understand if it was too much."

"Your questions make more sense now. I understand why you would say that, but"

Jin held his breath at her cutoff reply.

"But?"

"I have a feeling you'll be worth it."

Jin might have teared up when reading those words, but it made him decide what he wanted to do next.

"I am. Luna?"

"Yes?"

"Do you want to meet? In person?"
