Chapter 4: The Beginning Of A New Start

*by the way the photo on top is the outfit Alex is gonna wear to the show*

"So what do you have in your wardrobe?" My sister asked.

"Well you can look around if you want but it's gonna take a long time" I told her.

"Nope because I just found something!" She said. "What did you find?"

"How about this white top & these cute shorts! Oh & your black combat boots!" She said with excitement.

"Okay I'll go get ready" I put the clothes on & came out of the bathroom.

" You look cute now for your make up" She got up took out eyeliner & mascara.

After she was done I told her about Andy.

"So who's this Andy guy? Do you like him?" She asked getting excited. "Natty he's just a friend." I said. I call her "Natty" cause everyone calls her that.

"Well, does he like you?" She asked. "I barely met him, I don't know! But he's sweet & cute" I said & smiled.

" You like him" she said smirking like an idiot. "No!! Let's just talk about something else" I told her.

*ring ring ring*

"Who is it?" My sister asked. "I grabbed my phone. "It's Andy" I said. "Oooo, answer!" She said.

"Hi Andy" I said through the phone.

"Hey you ready?" He asked. "Been ready" I said.

"Alright I'm coming, what's your address?" He asked. "I'll text you it" I said. "Okay, see you" He hung up & I waited with Natty.

Andy's P.O.V
"Alright! Get in the car were gonna go pick up Alex" I said.

"Yay we're gonna meet her guys!" Ashley yelled. "Guys hurry!" I said.

They all ran out of the house & I locked the door & went in the drivers seat. I looked over making sure the passenger seat was empty...it wasn't.

"CC!! Go to the back, Alex is sitting here!" I said. "No!!! I want to be in the front!!" He yelled. "Andy lets just go she can sit in the back with us" Jinxx said.

"Fine" I sighed & started driving to her house.

Alex's P.O.V
"Well I got to go Alex, have fun at the show & call me when you need something" Natty said.

"Alright bye, tell Gio I said hi!" I told her. "Will do!!" She yelled back & got in her car.

I can't believe Andy invited me to his show?! It's gonna be great. He hasn't told me what his band is called. I'll find out at the show.

*beep beep beep*

He's here. I grabbed my phone kissed Pringles goodbye & walked outside.

Andy's P.O.V
There she is. She's so beautiful I can't stop looking at her. Her eyes have a little sparkle. Her lashes so long & beautiful. I love it.

"Someone's drooling" Jake laughed. "Huh? No I'm not!" I yelled at him.

"Hi Andy" she said. "Hey Alex"

"Hi!! I'm CC, you're pretty!" CC said shaking her hand. I felt something burning inside me, jealousy.

"Awe thank you. I'm Alex" she said smiling. "Alex, sorry you have to sit in the back" I said. "Oh no it's fine" she said. She opened the door & climbed in. She sat next to Ashley. "Hi I'm Jake"

"Hi I'm Jinxx" they both said. "Hi Jake & Jinxx, I'm Alex" she said with her beautiful soft voice.

"Heyyyy cutie, I'm Ashley" Ashley said getting close to her & winking. I growled but no one heard. I'll admit it I'm jealous I wish she'd be in the front with me.

"Hi I'm Alex" she said. "Beautiful name" he said softly putting his hand on her thigh. "Umm thank you" she said. Ugh I wish I could punch Ashley in the face right now I know he's trying to make me jealous I know it.

"We're here guys!" I said. I got out really fast opened the door got Alex by the hand & pulled her in my arms. Ashley smirked. "Uhh Andy you can let go" she said. I looked down at her. Aww she's so cute & tiny. I let go & smile. "Sorry" I said with a half smile.

We came inside & we had to be ready. While we waited to be called on stage I talked to Alex. "Sorry about Ashley" I said. "No it's fine but I was kinda scared of him" she said & looked down playing with her bracelet. I laughed.

"Andy we have to be on stage now" Ashley called. "Be right there!" I called back. "Go have fun Andy" she said with a smile. I was gonna reach for her hand but they called me again & I had to leave.

Alex's P.O.V
As I watched Andy run to the stage I got up to get a closer look. The fans screaming the name black veil brides. Wait! They're Black Veil Brides?! That's crazy!

"How are you mother fuckers doing tonight!!" Andy yelled at his fans. The fans screamed. "This is a song called Heart Of Fire" he said in his deep voice. The fans once again screamed. I watched Andy jumping around having fun. He would sing in people's faces & grab their hands.

Then I wondered it would be great to be like that one day. I just wish to be in a band & I'd sing for people & be an inspiration to people & help people who have been depressed or hurt but I'll never be, if I don't stop being shy.

Hours past & the show was almost over. "Alright I want to welcome a special girl backstage her name is Alex she will be singing for you guys!! Come on up Alex!!" The crowd screamed.

When I heard my name my eyes were wide. Andy looked at me & I shake my head. He walked to me & I walked back slowly & he was coming faster so I ran he catch up to me grabbed me by the waist & threw me over his shoulder.

"Put me down Andy!!!" I screamed. "No Alex you said I can help you" he said. "No I'm not ready! Andy please!" I said.

I was already on the stage Andy put me down & gave me his microphone. "Sing one of your songs, come on they'll love you" he whispered in my ear.

I turned around looked at the rest of the band & they all nodded. I turned back, everyone was waiting & they had their phones pointing at me, they all stared at me. I started shaking & I felt tears coming. "Alex?" Andy said. "I can't do this" i whispered. I gave Andy the microphone still shaking he saw my tears. "Alex?" He said with a sad face. I ran off to the bathroom.

Andy's P.O.V
"Umm sorry about that you guys, how about we play one more song to end the night huh?" I said making the crowd go wild.

*time pass*

The whole band ran & waited outside the restroom. "Come on Alex please come out" Jinxx said. I feel horrible for dragging her out that stage. I heard her little cries I just wanted to go in there & hug her. So I did. "Fuck it I'm going inside" I said. "Wait Andy that's the ladies restroom!" I heard Jake yell. Luckily no one was here only us.

"Alex? Sweetheart I'm sorry I dragged you to get on stage" I said softly. I found her in the corner. I sat next to her.

"Hey, hey look at me. It's okay I'm here" I said lifting her chin up. She still looked beautiful with tears running down her face. She was still shaking. Maybe this stage fright thing needs more work.

I hugged her & she snuggled her head in my chest. I felt her shaking. " Shh shh it's okay" I said caressing her hair. I let go & wiped her tears away. "I'm sorry, I feel horrible" I said. "No Andy it isn't your fault you, I just can't do this! You don't have to help no more Andy I'm not meant to be in a band." she said crying even more. "No, sweetheart don't say that I know you can do it I see it in you." I said hugging her tightly. "R..really?" She said. "Yes I do but if you let me & my brothers help you I promise you that you'll be able to sing on that stage like the rockstar your meant to be." I said smiling at her. She smiled & said "okay, thanks Andy." Then she hugged me & we stayed there hugging for a little.
