Kesariya (Book 1)

Chapter 1 :- Ram Veer Suryavanshi

A goon has been dragging a girl by her hair ruthlessly on the cold floor. "Please leave me for god's sake." The girl cried while trying her best to remove the goon's grip from her hair, but all in vain as the grip of the goon on her hair kept getting tighter.

"Hahahaha! If we will leave you for the god then what about us?" He said with a lust filled voice, the tried harder to free herself from the goon's clutches. The girl was dressed in bridal lengha which was now torn from various places, her hair had come undone, her makeup was smudged while her jewellery was all gone.

As the girl was trying to free herself from the grips of goon, just at that time the goon went flying in the air. The goon went and hit the wall behind him. Someone has kicked the goon hard on his stomach, as the goon was dragging her through her hair with the sudden jerk and the lost of balance the girl fell down and hit her head on the floor, she started bleeding.

The girl looked up to see why she had not been dragged anymore. She craned her neck to see that the goon was lying on the floor groaning in pain. She looked up front to see that there stood a man dressed in police uniform stood there with an angry expression, see couldn't see his face clearly because her vision was blurred due tears and now that she hit her head hard on the floor she could feel some warm liquid dripping down from her forehead passing through the cheeks and puddling around her face. Before losing her consciousness completely all she could hear was the name of savior. "RAM!"

Ram looked at the girl who was now in a semi conscious state who had put forth her hand to him. As if asking him to hold her tight never let her go. Ram had never felt such a strong urge to keep someone safe in his arms not anyone apart from his family. He was lost in his thoughts when the goon got up on his feet and fished out his gun, before Ram could do anything about it, he fired his gun, but ducked the shot at the right time the bullet just passed through his bicep. "Ram we have got everyone." Saransh said coming towards him dragging some goons with him, Ram looked at him and gestured him take them away.

Ram is a devil of a cop, ruthless and cold hearted for criminals especially for those who try to harm a woman's self respect. Ram is known as a short tempered cop he would not think twice before encountering a criminal if they try to crosses line with him, today is one of such day. Ram looked towards his arm which is now bleeding due to the shot directed towards him.

Ram looked at the goon with fire in his eyes, but what enraged him more was that the goon again moving towards the girl who laid there unconscious. "AYE! Don't you dare go near her." Ram said in a warning tone but the goon looked at him and mocked him by smiling and still continues to make his way towards the girl. Ram shook his head and ran towards the goon, before that goon could understand anything Ram grabbed him by his collar and threw him backwards.

The goon again collides with the wall, he stood on his feet again he shouted in anger and came running towards Ram. He had tried to hit with a rod on his head but somehow Ram ducked the attack, he went on his knees and turned around and hit the goon on his legs with his feet.

The goon lost his balance and fell down, Ram sat on his stomach and showered punches on his until the goon lost his conscience. Ram was mad in rage and kept throwing punches on goon's face without noticing that the goon has stopped moving. He only realised it when someone kept their hand on his shoulder.

"Sir!" It was a female voice calling him out. He turned to find one of the female cops from his team was standing there with a trouble expression. "Sir, he will die please let him go we will take him into our costudy." She said, Ram didn't say anything he moved away from there like robot, it was then when he saw the girl still laying there unconscious. He went towards her and pick her up in his arms, Ram was lost in her beauty.

"Shivani take other girls to the police station and record their statements and then make sure that they all reach their home safely." Ram instructed Shivani. She noddded and went from there leaving him with the girl to follow his orders. Ram started moving towards his car along with the unconscious girl still his arms, "Ram we should take her to the hospital and then record her statement and inform her family members." Saransh came toh him and said but Ram didn't answered him and kept strolling towards his car.

"Ram are you listening?" Saransh called after still following him. But, Ram remained deft ears to his call. This angered Saransh he went towards Ram and grabbed his shoulder forcefully and turned him towards him. "Ram I am saying something." Saransh said with gritted teeth.

"Yes, I heard it." Ram said calmly and this anraged Saransh more, "then why are you turning to my calls as deft ear Ram."

"Because we are not taking her to her hospital, we are taking her to my home." Ram said and made that girl sit in the passanger sit of his car. "What! Why?" Saransh asked flabbergasted, "You know why Saransh so please skip asking me this stupid questions." Ram said while going towards the drivers seat.

"I know that but what you are going tell everyone at home?" Saransh asked, "you learn that soon get back home as soon as possible after finishing all work at station." Saying so, Ram didn't give an ear to anything that Saransh was saying, he put on the ignition of his car to zoom out of the place leaving a confused Saransh standing there cursing behind him.
