No More Games (Jax X Reader!)

The Sudden Wake

You suddenly feel yourself falling, and you dramatically plant to the ground. Everything felt different, it didn't feel real.

"It seems that a human has entered this realm!" A very bubbly, enthusiastic voice boomed through your ears as your eyes opened. "Ow..." you groaned, rubbing the back of your head. Everything focused into vision, the saturation of colors hit you like a bus. You flinched slightly. "Where.. where am I?"

"Welcome to The Amazing Digital Circus! I'm your ring master Caine, and I'm here to show all of the absolutely amazing, mind blowing things of this place!" You couldn't see the man's face at first, you just saw a bright red suit with a black staff in front of you. Suddenly you looked up to see the face of this man. You screamed in horror, his head was just.. teeth? And mismatched eyes? She had to be dreaming. "Now now, don't be afraid!" He helped you up to your feet as you rapidly looked around you. There were others as well.

"Hi there, I'm Ragatha! This is everyone.. Pomni, Gangle, Zooble, Kinger, and Jax." She motioned to everyone to come say hi to to you as she wrapped one arm around your shoulder.

"H-Hello..?" You managed to squeak out, looking at everyone. You got a few blank stares at first.

"Hi..." the jester girl, Pomni nervously stepped up to her and smiled. "Welcome to your new home." A mixture of blocks and shapes with sore and annoyed eyes, Zooble, added. Your eyes widened in fear. "What?! New home?!" You started to try pulling at your head set, but it was nowhere to be found. "Please, stop, get me out of here!!"

"Weeelll, you see.." Ragatha started. "You can't leave. You're stuck here." The tall and slender purple rabbit strolled towards you, staring you down. His mischievous grin was off putting. He bent down to your level, staring you in the eyes with no good intent. He winked.
"We've all tried. There's no way." You started to hyperventilate and you couldn't feel your body anymore. "Oh come on Jax, now she's all freaked out! Seriously?!" Ragatha rolled her eye and pushed him away from you. Caine suddenly intervened.

"Well now, new friend, what is your name!?" Caine chirped, his theatric personality was overwhelming for you. "I... my name is..." you thought as hard as you possibly could, yet for some reason you couldn't remember your name. You started to pull at your skin as you thought profusely. "I c-can't remember my name!!" You screeched. Caine responded with laughter. "Nobody in the Digital Circus remembers their name! That why I can help you come up with a new one!!" He shouted, and a large name generator appeared. He pulled down on the comically large handle and the generator started playing music as it picked a name.

"How about... Y/N?" Caine looked at the generator as it came to an abrupt stop with a name on display, he gestured to it as he turned to look at you again. You were still in a daze that you couldn't remember your name from before..

"Uhhh, sure. That's fine.." you replied with confusion. You looked down at the floor, so concerned to even what was going on and why this was happening in the first place. You looked back to see everyone congregating and making the most of their unending time, and a single tear rolled down your face.

Maybe you really were stuck here...
