Imagine your life as your company, an empire you built on your efforts and foundation of the people who genuinely love and care for you. Now think of different situations as a deal and people as the workers of your company, for e.g.- suppose some friend group of yours asked you out to go with them to a dinner, now think of it as a deal offered to your company, and start thinking like a CEO, how does this benefit me? how does this add anything positive to my life?, imagine your friend group is a toxic one and they are probably inviting you to make fun of you, so now decide , is it worth the risk going(i.e. taking the deal) or rejecting it, then act accordingly. And the benefits could be anything like a cozy time spent with friends to relieve stress.
You need to Hire, Fire, and Promote, demote people accordingly now. If someone makes a mistake, give them a chance, but if they keep fucking up, that means they are not doing the work properly in your company, now you can decide if you have to fire them or demote them to a lower position in your company called life.
This might help some core business people to manage life, remmember you are a baddas bitch who takes no shit and is highly valued and graced by yourself, hence your company(life) should be the same, and you- a hot, baddas, hardworking CEO ;)
