A Company Called Death

An old woman sat on a wooden chair as she started a voice over.
A voice over: "What if I told you that there was a time money and Tears could stop death from taking someone, would you believe me??
Hmmm... Let me share a story with you... Long time ago, there was this company called Death Company, the company would get notified if death was on its way to kill one of it's registered members and then, they would send a message to the registered member that he or she had a year or months to live so he or she must pay a huge amount of 100million to the company so they would cheat death and save he/she from death.
For the less privileged that couldn't afford such pay, they would let them die but if they were dying or in coma, if they get five genuine tears from their people in the world, they would get back on their feet.
Ah are you surprised?? Okay let me explain better, so the owner of the company's name was Elyon always dressed in white.

Inside the company....
People on a queue from the gate to get registered into the company while Aviva the secretary to Elyon ran pass them as she climbed the stairs and entered into Elyon's office with a rush.

"Elyon!!!" Aviva screamed as she rushed in

"What again Aviva?" Elyon asked calmly and already tired of her

"Elyon, our registered member, Minister Alejandro has two weeks to live on earth!!!" Aviva replied panicking

"What???!!!!" Elyon screamed as he stood up
"Why are you just getting notified??" He continued as he asked

"The notification officer said he saw it late and just now" Aviva replied

"How????" Elyon asked

"I don't know" Aviva replied

"Alejandro is one of our best customers, get his file here right away!!" Elyon said with a commanding voice

"Okayyy" Aviva said as she rushed out

Elyon picked up his land phone and called his notification officer.

"Elyon" Mateo, his notification officer said as he picked

"Come to my office right now, tell your assistant to take over your seat before you get back in case she gets a notification, death is very wicked!" Elyon said

"Okayy" Mateo said as he ended the call.

Mateo who was downstairs told his assistant;

"Elyon needs me right away, take over my seat for now, check the computer always without taking your eyes off it incase you get any notification that death would kill anyone" Mateo said as he stood up from his seat.

His assistant took over his seat while he walked down to the elevator, he entered it, pressed some buttons and the elevator took him to Elyon's office at the Penthouse, he got out of the elevator and proceeded to Elyon's office. He entered Elyon's office.

"Elyon" Mateo said as he walked up to Elyon who was sitting on his golden big and long chair.

"Mateo, tell me why you didn't get a notification earlier or last year or two months ago that death was coming to take Alejandro??!!" Elyon asked in annoyance

"Elyon you know very well that sometimes death just decides at late stage, we've had a day notification before, I'm sorry Elyon but you know I would have seen the notification earlier if death had decided" Mateo replied

"Fine, I need you to concentrate on your computer, your salary per month is 5million and I'm going to increase it next year, don't fail me" Elyon said

"Elyon, the day I fail you, tell death to take me" Mateo said

Elyon smiled.

"Now, go back to your work" Elyon said with a smile.

Mateo bowed his head with a smile and left.
