Brad's POV
As I was driving home all I could think about was the pain in my chest and the kiss me and Alaska shared. I can't describe how she makes me feel. It's like I'm floating on clouds, I sound so girly right now. If the boys heard me they would laugh. I arrived home to my house in the woods. I got out of my car and ran upstairs to my room knowing my parents were out hunting. Its almost morning so they should be back soon.
A bunch of papers flew on my floor and I realised my window was still open, I walked over to it and looked outside before closing it. There standing in front of me behind a tree was a face I never wanted to see again. Why is she here?
Alaska's POV
I awoke to the sunlight shining in my eyes through the window. I rubbed my eyes and got up to close it and get dressed for school. I closed the window and blinds and finally noticed my surroundings. All over the floor there were papers of so many colours. I picked uo the paper and say what was on it, it was some sort of language that was unreconisable, but I understood it. On it it said:
Shall I be misunderstood
Shall I be ignored
Let the world reconise
That I have more power
All hell shall break loose
And I shall lead as a rulerI was so confused as to what this meant and why I could understand it, as I stood there with a confused look on my face my mom walked in. She was about to speak but then looked around my room. She gasped and screamed my father's name to come here now. My dad rushed up the stairs and they glanced at eachother and my mother said
"Its time."
They closed the door and made me sit on the bed.
"Sweety there's some things you don't know about yourself. Actually there's some things you don't know about the world."
I was confused as to what my mother just said, what is she talking about.
"Honey when you were still in your mothers stomach your aunt, her sister, who was very spiteful of your mother because she fell in love with me and I chose your mother, poisoned your mom while she was sleeping with one of her potions. She was a witch. This potion made you a witch. That's why you started to draw these spells and potions."
My father must be joking. Witches aren't real, are they.
