A/N- Hi! I'm back, I'm sorry this update is late, I've had mock exams for the past few weeks and then my family had planned things for the first weekend of the Summer Holidays, but now I'm back with the next chapter.
I do not own Kuroshitsuji or any of the canon characters.
Charlotte POV:
"Lizzy, you know the conversation we had earlier, when you told me that my attire is something your mother would definitely frown upon?" I began, addressing Elizabeth, whilst looking away, out of the carriage window and at the dimly lit streets of London. She nodded in response, a look of confusion on her face. "Well, it's just that I was wondering is she going to be here tonight?" I finish, now looking directly at her. A wide smile spread across her face "Yes, but I wouldn't worry even though she may look like she disapproves of most things, but she honestly doesn't." I look back out of the window, It's not that I care what Elizabeth's mother thinks of me, it's just for the few hours of knowing Lizzy I have come to see her as a friend and I would hate for her to not be allowed to be associated with me. The carriage suddenly halted to a stop and the door opened. "We have arrived." it was a voice that I didn't recognise. Elizabeth and Ciel got out first, despite Ciel's offer of me getting out before him. A hand reached out as I reached the door of the carriage, I took it and stepped out. A tall boy, not much older than me, with golden eyes and white hair, stood in front of me, I took note the scales scattered amongst his pale skin. "Thank you, ummm, I'm sorry but I don't know your name, I don't believe we have met before." I said, waiting behind for him to introduce himself, even though the others, minus Sebastian, were already making their way towards the building ahead. The boy looked away, nervously as if hesitant to speak. "This is Snake, he is the new footman of the Phantomhive Household, he hasn't been here for long so he doesn't know how to address people appropriately." Sebastian said, as he appeared suddenly beside me. I smiled at the boy "Well, it's very nice meeting you, Snake." I then gestured for him to lean down so I could reach him, "I would just ignore Sebastian, he act like he disapproves of everything but he's just too proud to accept his own faults." I whispered, giggling slightly.
A/N- So originally I was going to not stick to the canon plot line but I just recently changed my mind (yes, I know I seem to do this a lot :D) and decided that Ciel isn't 14 but 13 like he is in the manga and that this takes place just before the Campania/Ship Voyage Arc, and this arc will take place after the chapters of the events of the Ball, which is kind of like a filler, getting to know the characters. So for all the people reading this that have not read the manga, should read it as the chapters will contain spoilers.
