Hey! So this is my first Character X reader book so uh wish me luck?? Anyways I hope you like this first chapter!
Y/n pov:
Today is the day it's my first day of U.A high! I know everyone makes a big deal about it and I'm not gonna be one of those people it's just a school. Even if it's one of the best schools ever! I had been thinking about this while I stare into my phone showing 7:14 A.M. Now it sounds stupid to some but I gotta wait a minute to get ready until 7:15 A.M. I had planned to wake earlier but I decided to sleep for 10 minutes because I was just getting hit with first day jitters. now while I waited for a minute I heard foot steps coming towards my door. But as myself I can recognize foot steps now it's a bit werid I will admit but that's just something about myself. Today it was Keigo I'm guessing he wanted to make sure I was awake because I would be pissed and start rushing if I woke up late on my first day of school aka one of the worst days ever as it's the end of summer aka end of my happiness. But this year will be different I'm gonna make sure I can try and make some friends and if I don't I will be bored and read all day like I did for the last 4 years of my life since 5th grade.
I heard a knock on my door before my favorite bird slammed in open and started yelling. "WAKE UP CHICKEN WING!" He said standing proudly at the door way. "Shut it keigo im awake it's too early to be loud." I said rolling my eyes and dragging him by the arm out of my room so I can get ready.
A few minutes later I had my U.A dress shirt on and went to grab some cereal, before I sat in my room, on my phone eating. I poured the f/c (f/c = Favorite cereal) into a bowl then the milk and was greeted by my overly dramatic mom.
"Hey you waste of space guess what!" She said while she brushed her hair. "First day of school pictures!" She snickered "Yeah I'm good Keigo can take me to school you take s/n."(S/n = sibling name)
I rolled my eyes annoyingly as my mom started to rant about how my younger sibling s/n should ride in the same car as me. S/n is now attending their first day of middle school as a 6th grader. Last night I told them how bad smoking in the bathroom was and she called me stupid, and now I have a noticeable bruise on my chin. To be honest I hoped no one would ask because I don't wanna explain about the idiot I call my sibling.
Anyways after I told my mom to get ready or else she will be late to work and that I will wake up the over sized roach in my house.
After I had quickly placed my empty cereal bowl the sink that I had eaten while me and my mom had briefly talked. I decided that
s/n should be woken up now.
I decided I should first call them from the comfort of my bed before. So I dialed up her number and it rang. And rang. For like a minute until they picked up. "What do you need?" They said with a groggy voice. "Oh just for you to get woken up you weirdo. Also moms taking you to school today so don't be late." I said into the phone that was on speakerphone as I got dressed. "Well who's taking you then?" I could hear the sass in their voice. "Keigo is!" I said "Goodbye werido!" I hung up the phone and finished getting dressed. Then I fixed my disgusting hair and went back down stairs.
"Keigo! You ready to leave?" I yell waiting for a response from some where in the house. I sat down on the couch hearing foot steps race up stairs from the basement. "Yeah I'm ready go say bye to your mom though, You know she will blow up your phone since you didn't say good bye." He said with a laugh sitting down on the sofa beside me. "Yeah I get it." I said pulling my bag off my shoulder and on to the floor running up the stairs to my moms room. She was in the bathroom doing her hair so I came up behind her and gave her a side hug. "Bye! Love you." I said with a wink and a fake kissy fake since she hates it. "Yeah yeah love you too go away." She said playfully rolling her eyes with a scoff. "As I ran down the hallway in stopped at my siblings door way peeking my head in to see them getting all ready. "Bye asshole love you." I said before running down the stairs then ran over and grabbed my bag off the floor that was by the couch and walked out of the door.
Keigo was already into the car so I hopped in the front seat and we drove over to U.A. "So you excited?" Keigo asked looking over at me. "Yeah I mean it's U.A who wouldn't be excited." I said looking at him. "Well we will be there shortly. I think." He smiled and looked back at the road. I went on my phone scrolling threw socials and before I knew it the car had stopped. "Chicken wing! Don't leave me please!" Keigo fake cried as he clung on to my arm. "I gotta go to school and I'll see you later I'm only leaving for the day." I said giving him a hug. "Oh alright I guess we'll at least try to have fun." He says letting me loose. "I'll try, bye kei love you!" I say opening the door. "Bye baby bird love you too." Keigo cried as I shut the door. Then I started my first day of U.A high.
