-day of momo's birthday-
"momo, are you going out with dahyun today or was that happening tomorrow?", asked mina. " oh yeah that is happening today why." ,momo replied with a questioning tone. "i have no clue why, just curious" replied mina blankly.
-2 hours later-
momo pov-
"momo i need to tell you something when we finish eating", dahyun said with hint of concern. "oh okay dahyunnie", replied momo shoving her face with food.
i knew something bad was going to happen when dahyun said that but i guess i should just enjoy this moment right now before it ends.
"momo whatever i say right now is not your fault what so ever, so don't try to blame yourself after i tell you this", said dahyun, i just nodded "okay so recently very recently i haven't been with you a lot and i'm pretty sure you noticed right? what i mean by saying this is" i cut her off short by saying "what your trying to say is you've found feelings for sana but since you already know that she likes you your telling me now so i don't find out later" she was left shocked at my reply
"momo i'm sorry that it had to be today for you to find out about this", replied dahyun with a sad face "it's fine dahyun some things aren't meant to be and a lot of the times it's unstoppable", i replied wanting to cry at this moment but i couldn't.
"i do still have a gift for you because it would be inhuman to break all this news to you on your birthday and not have a gift" dahyun says in sarcasm as she takes out a box with a gold heart necklace saying 저는 항상 당신을 사랑해요-dubu (i love you always). At this point i was about to cry but the tears just didn't come out.
she put the necklace on then hugged me but the last thing she did was unexpected, she kissed my cheek then left like nothing happened, i didn't realize till now but she left with sana.
It started to pour with rain and i couldn't do anything so i just sat on the concrete path all cuddled up into a ball crying my eyes off.
"momo is that you?!" i heard someone who sounded an awful lot like chaeyoung-sii.
