Seated at the corner of the world
She opened up her mind
To find
Nothing else remained
I had written it last summer and recruited two band geeks to join me in my struggle to be in a cool band. One year later and Josh and Kate were my best friends and Rogue Bandit was gaining popularity by the day.
I strutted across the stage in my insanely high lace up boots and joined Josh at the front where we strummed a few chords before leaving Kate to end the song with a drum solo. The roaring got louder and the chants consumed my whole body, this is why music is such a big part of me - the rush.

Grey eyes found my green ones as I saw lips chanting something different to all these fans in this packed hall.
