⭐️Queen Clarion's Pov⭐️ It's been 2 months since Milori and I were married. And we've been trying since then to be able to start a family of our own. I started to think that maybe we weren't meant to be parents but then I woke up today and my magic sensed something that I was worried about until now. I got ready and then rushed to the border where my husband was waiting for me. He and I were both over the moon about the fact that in a few months we would be parents to a little fairy of our own. But that joy ended on the day that he was supposed to go back to the winter woods after the twins were born.
We on our way to the border since Milori was supposed to return to the winter woods that day. He was holding our daughter Winter but on the way to the border he fell out of the sky and landed on the ground.
"Milori! Are you okay?"
"Don't worry Winter's okay."
"Your not though, your wing is broken."
We were then standing at the border where the warmer seasons and the winter woods were divided. I looked at Milori.
"You have to take Winter with you to the winter woods, even though her wings will most likely survive in both the warm and cold weather, I think that it's better so you won't be alone. I'll take care of Summer. Besides it's gotten too dangerous for us to be crossing the border again, I think it would be best for everyone if crossing the border became forbidden, that way what happened to you can't happen again."
"Your right. But that means that you and I will never be able to see each other again and neither will our daughters."
"I know, but I think for the sake our girls, it would be best if they didn't know that the other existed. It's the only way to keep them safe."
I kissed Winter on the head and Milori did the same with Summer. Then we kissed each other for what we knew would be the last time before we went our separate ways forever.

"Winter, you know the rules."
"I know, going across the border is forbidden. I just wished I could see the animals cross over."
