𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗽𝗶𝘁𝘆 || 𝒌𝒑𝒐𝒑 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒕 ᴮᵒᵒᵏ ¹ [EDITING]

[ YEAR < 03 / 2021 > ]

The air is thick with the smell of sweat and testosterone as a lone figure, Kala, a young woman with hardened eyes and a defiant stance, spars with a heavy punching bag. Her movements are fluid and precise, each strike fueled by a mix of anger and desperation.

 "Don't let them break you, Enigma. You're not weak. You're a survivor." She said to herself.

The gym door creaks open, and a group of hulking figures enters, their faces obscured by the shadows. At the head of the group is Jace , kala's ruthless gang co-leader.

 "Well, well, if it isn't our star fighter. How's the training going, sorellina?"  She stops sparring and wipes the sweat from her brow, her gaze unwavering.

 "It's going well, Jace Hyung. I'm ready to fight." She answered.

"Good. Because we're moving up the fight schedule to tonight. The rumble with the Northside crew is happening sooner than we thought." Jace revealed causing her heart to sink. The Northside crew was notorious for their brutality, and their fighter, a towering behemoth named TANK, was undefeated.

"B-but hyung, I don't think I can-- I'm not ready for Tank. He's too big, too strong." She said nervously.

"You're a fighter, Enigma. You were born for this. And you're the only one we've got. So, you better get ready to bring it." Jace  turns and leaves, leaving enigma standing alone in the gym, her mind racing. She knows she can't let Jace down, but the thought of facing Tank fills her with dread.

Five of the gang members are tasked to participate in the figh--with kala being the one of them and coincidentally the member who's chosen by the Dons to face the infamous Tank tonight.Kala steels her resolve and returns to sparring, her punches now carrying a newfound intensity. She fights through the pain and exhaustion, fueled by the determination to prove herself, to survive.Her knuckles are bruised and bloodied, a testament to the grueling training she's been enduring.
