It was a normal day in your bed as you where fast asleep (like always) but you where having a dream about (favourite TV program) when you could feel a slight breeze against your face. You where confused at first but when you opened your eyes you froze and couldn't believe what you where seeing. "Is that... MOUNT CAVORA" you got up off the ground and stud up, "Whats going on... How did I get here?" You couldn't stop repeating that same phrase in your head, over and over, it was like a fly buzzing around you. Temptation got the best of you and you began to walk towards the sight of the floating mountain, "wow, the mountain is- wha- AAAAAAAA-" suddenly you found yourself rolling down the mountain as you didn't realise how close to the edge you where.

As soon as you finally stopped rolling you hit the soft grassy dirt with a large thud. You cradled you're head in your hand and tried to shake the daze and fuzz from your head. Once the world had stopped spinning you stud up and dusted the rock and rubble from your clothes, "that wasn't my best move, falling down a cliff". You took a second to get your bearings and started observing your surroundings, you seemed to notice that you where in a jungle of large proportions, most of the trees had thick dark green leaves with even darker vines which clawed to the branches and trunks like savage animals. While you where observing your surroundings you suddenly heard a twig snap behind you, the sound echoed into the deafening silence as your heart started to race. Something was close by. As the sharp snap of the twig faded into silence you began walking nervously towards the floating mountain in the sky. An hour had gone by as you painstakingly worked your way through ever thickening jungle as pasty mud and jungle moss clutches to your clothes and skin, every tree root climbed only added another scape and layer of mud to your body. "God, I need to find the exit fast, let's hope there's a nice hot bath on the other side, my knees could use a vacation". From what seemed like an eternity of walking you finally found your way out of the jungle where you now stood a long distance away from the outside of the lion temple, you couldn't believe your eyes. You began jogging towards the temple to find some sort of person to talk to and see what was going on, however you didn't even go 5 steps away from the gunfire outskirts until a pack of dark grey wolves where circling you, howling into the air with ferocity. After a few full laps around you they finally stopped, fully encasing you in a circle, what seemed to be the eldest wolf drive towards slightly and howled, "Look here boys, fresh meat!" They started closing in, your heart was racing and you could hear it beat as it tried to escape your chest. A drawn out silence ensued but it was soon broken by one of the younger wolfs shouting "LETS FEAST". The youngest wolf charged in first with what seemed like a rudimentary spear, your face fell pale as danger was hurled towards you a million miles an hour. With quick reflexes you jumped to the side landing on your front, the young wolf shocked as he began racing and crashing into one of the other wolf in the pack, the crash was loud and startled everyone, the wolves where angry. All of the wolves started howling and you took it as high time to run for the temple, you scarped yourself off of the dirt and started sprinting for your life. you ran screaming towards the lion temple, the speedors that they had where much to fast for you but you remembered what you read once on www.WhatToDoWhenBeingChasedByMurderers.org. - "if you ever find yourself being chased by blood thirsty murderers, jump over them and push them over". I'm hindsight it was a dumb website, no wonder it was taken down after a few hours, but nevertheless it's info if useful now, so the first thing you did was just that, you jumped onto one of the speedors and pushed them off with all the force you could muster. Once on and in full control you just remembered, you don't have a drivers licence for one of these things. The speedor started shaking back and forth at a quickening pace as you got closer and closer to the lion temple stairs. The youngest wolf, who was now on the back of an older Wolf drive next to you and looked you dead in the eye, it felt like time slowed down as he threw a spear towards the bikes wheel. Metal screeched through the air as the bike pummeled forwards and flinging you onto the temple stairs. You made it away somewhat intact as your knees and legs where full of cuts and scrapes, but the wolves where still coming straight after you, you ran as fast as you could up the stairs and into the front gates. Your eyes where narrow and your mind was panicked, your frantically looked around for anything to help as they get closer and closer when you saw the lever for the hanging gate, you immediately pulled it down and the bridge closed with a metallic slam against the hard brick bellow. "Oh my god... huff... that was a close one" after wiping the sweat from your forehead you turned around only to be greeted by a hundred lions with spears and guns pointed directly towards you. you thought you where dead meat as you hastily threw your hands into the air out of panic but everyone halted and stood to attention when you saw Lagravis emerge from the crowd of spears.

Lagravis then roared in an aggressive tone"who are you and what are you doing on Lion territory!?" You spoke with a defeated and timid tone" I'm (your name) and I was running away from a pack of wolves, I just needed to get somewhere safe is all I swear!". He raised his hand to signal the guards to retreat, he then spoke "what sort of tribe are you from" you looked puzzled at what he said and you simply stated "I don't have a tribe, I'm not from here" Lagravis looked shocked at the remark and began to stare at your stature "I can see that your not from Chima, your clothes are rather... unique, to say the least... however, we understand you had a run in with the wolf tribe, we can offer you a place to stay for now until we understand your unique circumstances better", "thank you for your hospitality, that's extremely kind and gracious of you" you bowed your head down in a respectful manner. "Hahaha, no need to be so formal, now, my son Laval will show you your room" your face lit up as you heard Lavals name spoken, you've always admired him and now you have the chance to meet him, Laval came out with a smile on his face "(your name) was it? Ok, follow me" you started to follow him after thanking lagravis. You followed laval into a hall way and you asked him "hey laval, thank you for escorting me to my room... by the way, how's your relationship going with Eris" Laval immediately stopped in his tracks and turned to look at you "how do you know about her!? Is this a prank" He said with a serious tone, you threw your hands up defensively and spoke "ah- it's a long story", "I have all day" Laval said eagerly.

After what seemed like hours of telling Laval about the human world and how you surprisingly got here, it was already closing to nighttime as the sun was setting low in the sky. "Wow was I talking for that long" you said half jokingly "wow, I'm literally so confused about everything you've just said" lavals face was puzzled, "sorry for ranting about all that to you, I'll tell you the rest of it tomorrow if you want?"
"Yeah, sure, I'd like to get to know this 'human' world better" larval said tentatively, "alright, thank you for showing me to my room, goodnight Laval see you tomorrow" "night (your name)". As you got into bed you couldn't stop thinking about the wolves and how you almost wound up as a chew toy for the over sized mutts, but you where exhausted beyond anything and simply drifted off into the night.

Ok so, this was made about 6-7 years ago and I'm just going back and refreshing the garbage writing I made as a kid, I'm currently at university studying a masters in chemistry so it'll probably be super slow going trying to fix it all.
The book itself hasn't been discontinued or canceled I just totally forgot it existed for a few years 😅
