5: Quadruple Emergence

A heart beat pulsed in his ears, and he idly realised it was his. He opened his eyes, noticing how large and powerful he felt. "Good morning Noah, I'm glad to see you awake." Izuku's voice echoed through his head. "I take it it's time?"
"Indeed. Gaia asked me to explain some things to you. First, you need to head west to find a rather nasty sewage plant. Destroy it, and don't worry too much about how much damage you cause. Second, you are now radioactive, and your quirk has been upgraded to give you some extra abilities. Ocha, anything I missed?"
"Don't think so. Alright Noah, get your fluffy butt out there and smash some things." He snorted, then stretched. The coccoon broke under his strength, and he was again hit by how powerful he now was. He looked around, then pulled himself free and howled. Alarms blared, and heroes immediately pounced on him. He tossed them aside, then activated his quirk. Ice burst into existence around him as a Frosty mist started issueing from his body. He howled again, then dashed west on his massive paws. Being a Titanic wolf wasn't so bad, he decided as he smashed a building and batted aside a grouping of fire heroes. He jumped over a Titan Hero, only to find that he had jumped over several buildings as well. Note, giant Wolf can jump well. He knocked another building over on landing, then froze a giant hero in place as they tried to punch him. He was almost at the sewage plant, and with just a tiny bit more destruction he crashed out of the city and into the Sewage plant. He brought his paw down, causing spires of ice to shoot up around him and utterly destroy the sewage plant. Satisfied, he loped off to find a den as the Heroes set about rescueing their injured comrades.

Nezu sighed, looking at the destruction of the city of Stavanger. Spires of Ice that emitted frost rose up along 009's path, and destruction followed. "Okay, this is getting ridiculous. First a gravity manipulating Dragon, now Fenrir? What next, a... wait no, we already have a lightning breathing Croc on our hands... what next, a Nine tailed fox?" Soundwave shook his head. "Unknown. Query: how was 009 Fenrir able to produce Ice?" He shrugged. "I don't know, it's almost like... it has a quirk... What was Noah's Quirk again?" Oracle pulled up the file on the boy who went missing from Stavanger. "Noah Harvlingr's Quirk is Ice manipulation, you can tell he's using it when... frost emits from his body... just like Fenrir..."
"Query, Ochako Uraraka's Quirk?"
"Zero Gravity, it allows her to remove the effect of gravity on someone." An alarm beeped, and they looked to see 010 emerging. "Okay, the earth is fucking with us. Didn't I just say about this?" Oracle stated as they stared at the regal looking, nine tailed Fox that had just erupted from it's coccoon in a display of atomic power.

Sarah grinned Foxishly as the Heroes ran from her atomic fireballs. Being a 40ft tall fox was a blast, especially since she had kept her quirk. She dashed forwards, using her quirk to send heroes flying away as she charged her Atomic fire breath again. While she didn't have a beam attack like Izuku and Ochako, being able to spit balls of atomic fire that exploded with the force of a Hydrogen bomb made it not much of a downside. The Swords her Quirk had generated returned to her, crystaline and glowing with atomic power as they hovered just over each of her nine tails. There were two blades for each tail, although if she wanted to she could make more. A Hero charged her, but a paw swipe to the face followed by two blades chopping his legs off shut that down. She side stepped another hero, one of her swords turning him into a shish kebab, then dashed fowards, her lithe build allowing her to weave through the buildings with ease. The nuclear plant and the Neighbouring chemical plant came into view, and she started her destruction by sending her blades to punch a hole in the nuke plant as she fired a fireball at the chemical plant. The fireball exploded, wiping the chemical plant from the earth as well as a couple of buildings for the nuclear plant next door. She stuck her head into the hole, then she tore out the Radioactive core and swallowed it. Her core heated up, and she yipped as she grew in size. Of course, there wasn't an extreme change, unlike with Izuku and Ochako who where giant dragons. She shook herself, now standing at 50ft, then turned straight into a punch from a Giant hero. She growled, then her swords shot at him as ahe leapt back. Her Atomic power built in her mouth, her markings starting to glow as the Hum grew louder, then she spat it point blank into the Hero's face. The hero was launched, and she dashed away into the Savannah before anymore picked a fight with her.
