Célestine's revelations reached a chilling crescendo as she disclosed, "Oh, and one more thing: I wiped all your memories from before you entered the show. Your pasts, your connections, your identities—all gone. You were blank slates for my narrative." My eyes widened with shock, stammered, "You erased our memories? Why would you do that?" Célestine, her tone cold and calculated, explained, "To ensure authenticity. I needed genuine reactions, unburdened by the baggage of your pasts. It made the drama more compelling, the stakes higher." Jago, his disbelief turning into anger, growled, "You stole our lives, our memories, just for your sick show?" Célestine, indifferent to their outrage, replied, "In the grand scheme of things, your pasts didn't matter. This was about creating a captivating story, and erasing your memories served that purpose." Xavion, his frustration reaching its peak, demanded, "How do we even know you're telling the truth now? What else have you manipulated?" Célestine, a sinister smile playing on her lips, responded, "That's for you to ponder. The truth is a fickle thing, especially when I hold the strings." As we grappled with the profound loss of our identities and the manipulation of our very essence, the realization set in that our struggle for survival was not only a twisted reality show but a maze of deceit where the boundaries between truth and fiction had been meticulously erased.

Célestine, reveling in the unraveling of the characters' histories, turned her attention to Xavion. "And speaking of erased pasts, Xavion, you were quite the enigma. A very wealthy kid in a very wealthy family, destined for a life of privilege." Xavion, his brow furrowing in confusion, questioned, "Wealthy? I don't remember any of that. Why would my family be targeted for something like this?" Célestine, her tone mocking, replied, "Your family's wealth made you an interesting addition to the cast. I wanted to see how someone accustomed to a life of luxury would fare in the midst of chaos." I, glancing at Xavion, muttered, "So, we were all chosen for our unique backgrounds, manipulated into this nightmare." Célestine, enjoying the impact of her revelations, continued, "Indeed. Each of you brought something different to the show—a mix of personalities, backgrounds, and stories. It made for a compelling narrative, a perfect recipe for the twisted entertainment the audience craved." Jago, his expression darkening, added, "You played with people's lives, their pasts, just for a show?" Célestine, indifferent to their outrage, replied, "It's all part of the game. Your pasts, your wealth, your struggles—it was all a carefully constructed illusion. And now, with your memories erased, you're nothing more than characters in my story." As the characters grappled with the revelation that even their most fundamental aspects had been manipulated, the true extent of Célestine's control over their lives became painfully evident. The quest for truth now intertwined with the struggle to reclaim their identities in a world where reality and fiction had become inseparable.

Turning her attention to Leo, Célestine continued her unsettling revelations. "And Leo, my dear, you were plucked from the middle class, your struggles with education becoming a pivotal aspect of the narrative. It added a touch of relatability for the audience." I was in a mix of surprise and frustration. "Struggles with education? What are you talking about?" I asked. Célestine, with a cruel smile, explained, "Your journey was meant to showcase the challenges faced by individuals like you. The audience rooted for the underdog, for someone striving to overcome the odds. It's a classic trope that never fails to captivate." Jago, anger seething beneath his calm exterior, remarked, "You turned real people into characters, exploiting their hardships for entertainment." Célestine, indifferent to their outrage, replied, "Entertainment, empathy, suspense—it's all part of the package. You were carefully chosen, Leo, to elicit a specific emotional response from the viewers." Xavion, reflecting on the revelations, added, "So, our struggles, our backgrounds—they were all part of your grand plan. Nothing about us was genuine." Célestine, reveling in the chaos she had orchestrated, concluded, "Genuine or not, it made for a captivating show. And now, with your memories wiped, you're left with the roles I assigned to you. Enjoy the performance, for the world is watching."
