Moon Blade: An Alpha Story

Banishment, Part 1

"Oh, my naive little girl, you didn't think I really fell in love with you, did you?"

"What?" My stomach dropped.

He smirked and peered into his crystal glass. "My true mate is Lilliana, the Black Moon alphas daughter."

"But I thought we both hated her?"

He scoffed, "You did, but my passion for her grew into something else."

My organs coiled and my heart felt like it was about to jump up my throat. What was I going to do now? Everyone in the pack would hate me and an orphaned low-ranked wolf belonged practically nowhere.

A slim, curvy wolf with canary blonde confidently strolled into the Alphas common room where Tony was seated and I was on my knees on the floor. "So," her voice was like caramel, "Who is this?"

"This peasant is Olivia. She just wanted me for the money. Worthless wrench." He spat my name. She sat on his lap and ran her fingers through his hair. He wrapped an arm around her waist.

"Olivia. Hmm. I don't like her. She's ugly. Such a small repulsive thing. Get her out of here."

"Of course my darling," He purred. He used to call me that. "Olivia Manix is hereby banished from the Red Moon pack. If she is ever seen again within the next 12 months that will be grounds for a whipping and expulsion, and if she is seen within the next 6 months that is grounds for a whipping followed by incarceration and possibly death penalty."

Death penalty! Tony was completely insane. No alpha in his right mind would do this. I did all of his paperwork, all of the finances, I did everything in this pack! Our ranking would plummet after this, everyone would starve!

They were french kissing now in his office chair as if they forgot all about me. Overwhelming sadness and anger enveloped me. All of this, for nothing? I got off of my knees and walked out the door. "Oh and remember to shut the door on your way out." Lillian smirked like a feline creature while Tony couldn't get enough of her.

"No one liked her anyway." Tony said under his breath between gasps. "You can kill her Darling when she comes desperately crawling back." he laughed. "Then we will throw her to the wolves."
