⛆ Part twenty two ⛆

11:00am Friday

I woke up to the sound of heavy rain pouring and it took a minute before looking at the environment around me

The last thing I remembered before right now was me and Muichiro talking near the ledge of the window, watching the stars, but somehow i was in bed

I looked to my left and right and i didn't see him anywhere

Great, now im worried

I got up and checked the bathroom and he wasn't there either

"Mui?"

No response

I didn't see his phone anywhere either so he must've took it with him

Ill just call him

I grabbed my phone and called him, acknowledging the time too

"Hey y/n are you okay?"

"MUICHIRO WHERE ARE YOU WHY DID YOU ABANDON ME"

"Im in Tanjiros and Nezukos room, since it rained out he invited me and the others over"

There was a long, awkward and silent pause before i spoke up

"WHY WASNT I INVITED LIKE HELLO??"

"You where but i wanted you to sleep in"

"YOURE A MEAN MEAN MAN FOR REAL"

"Do you want me to come get you?"

"YESSSS LEMME GET DRESSED"

"Can i watch?"

"No ew be here in 5 minutes"

i heard 3 knocks at the door

I opened it and Muichiro instantly came in and grabbed my wrist before pulling me outside and locking the door

"MUIIIIII HI WHY DID YOU DO THAT"

"Why not"

"Thats fair i guess"

"Do you have everything you need?"

"I only really need my phone"

"Alright we goin then"

While we were walking to Tanjiros room, i couldn't help but notice how gloomy it was outside

Days like this are perfect for reading but anything else and its kinda depressing

We got to his room and you could here everyone yelling already

What could they even be fighting about?

We walked in and Tanjiro was more than happy to greet us. We looked around and there where some people i didn't recognize and one of them was staring at me

Well not me

But Muichiro.

He seemed to notice too but he just looked at me with an uncomfortable expression, staying silent.

"Hey Tanjiro why didn't we go out today?" I tried to lift the tension

"Mr Rengoku said it was too wet outside to drive, and since it's Friday everyones out so its busy"

I nodded in understandment before sitting down on the floor with Muichiro, we just watched everyone talk and it made me drowsy

So i laid my head on his shoulder

I knew he wouldn't mind

Didn't know how or why that mattered to anyone else though

"Ew, you're gonna let an ugly girl like her rest her dirty hair on your shoulders? Try having a girl like me there, I actually smell nice"

EXCUSE ME.

I didn't say anything and i just felt embarrassed so i got off his shoulder and ignored her,

who even was she anyway?...

"Y/n doesn't smell bad, she took a bath yesterday"

"How do you know? She could be lying, with an icky face like that I wouldn't doubt it if she was just lying to get your attention"

dawg you literally came up to us lookin like a failed experiment I CANT

"I know because i watched her."

STOPPED.

She looked at him and disbelieved and almost EVERYONE stopped talking

"MUICHIRO YOU NASTY PERVERT HOW DARE YOU DISRESPECT Y/NS PRIVACY LIKE THAT"

"Calm down Zenitsu he didnt mean to, it was an accident" i stated in a hopeless attempt to make his sentence sound less dirty

He raised an eyebrow at us before just going back to talking like nothing even happened

Everyone in here is autistic i swear

This annoying girl wouldnt stop leaving us alone though

"Oh so you're a naughty boy then, im sure i can handle you better than she can"

"Dude leave us alone, who even are you"

"That boys next girlfriend so back off"

With that, Muichiro grabbed my hand before pulling me up and dragging me outside while Tanjiro looked worried but he couldn't say anything since Inosuke and Zenitsu started bothering him

"Where are you going you cant just leave me here?!"

"I dont even know who you are and I wouldn't even think about dating a whore like you. coming to a christian ministry and trying to hoe yourself is probably one of the lowest thing you could do"

NAH HE ATE THAT UP

She went silent before he slammed the door and texted a quick apology to Tanjiro before taking my hand again and looked at me straight in the eyes

God gave him literally the most perfect eyes

"Y/n im really sorry, everything she said wasn't true i hope you know that"

I looked away because i cant hold eye contact for the life of me

"Uh its alright- i don't really care i guess"

He grabbed my chin, making me look up at him for a few seconds before pulling me into a soft hug

I love it when i get hugs from him

"You're beautiful, i hope you know that"
