There are four types of pony's inside Equestria that make everything special. Every kind is strong in their own way, so that they can protect themselves and other ponies.

You have the rare type, Alicorns. The only ones who are that type are princess Celestia and Luna, who rule all over Equestria. So of course, those two are very powerful.

The second type are the Pegasi, the ponies with wings and those that can fly. They live in the sky, a land made of clouds that makes it look cool. They can naturally protect themselves with a technique of flight and strength.

The third type are the Unicorns, the ponies with a magical horn. Their lives can be easy through those things on their head, giving them advantages on some things.

But then... There is the fourth type, the Earth ponies. Some are strong with their hooves, but some are naturally weak. Our type has a huge disadvantage, sometimes called the weakest by others... Well, from where I come from they call us that.

Naturally, all Earth Ponies are weak and that's what I thought too... I believed in that after all, but it all changed when I read the story about Winter Hoof.

He was an Earth Pony that lived long ago, a pony that made a name and a legend out of himself. He was quite stronger, more than a Pegasus and a Unicorn.

He used general knowledge as one of his powers, since he was quite smart. He had special tools he used that helped him a lot, yet no one believed in it. The times he was fighting can often be relaxing, the sound of it being good to the ears.

Some can be shocked once they find out that he was a close friend to Princess Celestia and often Luna, as her fate was brought on bad terms. No Pony knows how it worked, or how their friendly relationship even became a thing, but no one dared to say a thing.

Winter Hoof has many tales, written in multiple books that are rare to find. But of course, for my own personal reason, I had them in my belongings. I also found them easily, laying down a well that had me confused, but I didn't question any of it.

The books, those I brought everywhere as they gave me a feeling of determination on the things I did. He was, how should I say it... kind of like an idol or a hero for me?

He helped me at the times I felt sad, so his stories made me smile. I even have them on my journey to my new living place, a town called Ponyville.

'Such old memories... I can't stop reading these!' Silver wood smiled, a sigh out of his mouth as he closed one of the books he was currently reading on his journey.

He had made the decision to move out of his hometown, but also decided that it would be the best. He had to make his own choices and took his change at the right time. He already missed his family, but it was for the right thing he was doing.

Living with his family for so many years wasn't that pleasant, as most ponies move out earlier. But Silver Wood didn't have a choice but to stay with his parents. It took a lot of talking to make him move, and it wasn't that easy. He had good memories, but it was for the best with everything that was going on.

Looking out into the woods that he was passing by, he also wondered how the town in general was. Hoping that there was something related to building, he also hoped that no one would ask him to be his friend.
