Chapter 36
Recap:
Kaley came and sat down next to us and we all chatted for a while. We all seemed to be getting along just fine and who knows, maybe by the end of this tour we could all be friends? It’s funny what jealousy can do to you, isn’t it? Maybe if it wasn’t for Justin, we would be good friends already.
The taxi arrived and we were all still chatting about what stores we wanted to go to. Jasmine’s bodyguard was walking quietly behind us and I was glad he was here.
“So, what store should we go to first?”

Five hours of shopping later, we all had a ridiculous amount of shopping bags, and I was ready to take a nap. I have never shopped so hard in my life and I was really looking forward to sitting down. I didn’t mind that much though since I got so many cute spring and summer clothes.
We were driving back to the tour bus in a taxi and we were all chatting happily about our purchases. I was happy that Kaley and Jasmine got along really well, and I was happy that now we could invite her shopping anytime. It’s always nice to make new friends, even if only days ago she was trying to steal your boyfriend. Whatever, I was never the type to hold grudges.
When I got on the bus I was surprised to see Justin sitting on the couch with something in his hand. He looked really upset.
“Hey Justin, I thought you were going to be gone for most of the day?”
His head snapped up and he gave me a weird look. He almost looked angry.
“Yeah, I had a little time to hang out so I thought I would come here and wait for you, but I found something.”
Kaley awkwardly left the room, figuring we needed some time alone.
“What are you talking about?”
He held up the thing he had been clutching in his hand, and I groaned. It was the necklace that Taylor got me for my birthday.
“Why did Taylor get you such a romantic gift for your birthday?”
I rolled my eyes and cursed Taylor. I wanted to kill him right now.
“Justin, I swear it’s nothing. Nothing is going on between me and Taylor I swear, he has just been trying to get me back and stuff lately and… he got me that. But I haven’t been wearing it or anything and I told him it wasn’t appropriate so… it’s fine!”
“So you swear on your life that nothing is going on between you and Taylor?”
“I swear on my life. You can trust me Justin; I have never and will never cheat on you, especially not with Taylor.”
He looked convinced, so I sighed in relief.
“Okay I do believe you, but I will have a ‘talk’ with Taylor. He needs to stop trying to get you back.”
“I can’t stop you from talking to him, but please don’t like, fight with him. I really don’t want you getting hurt.”
I heard Justin mumble something that sounded suspiciously like “I could take the bastard”.
“Look Justin, what Taylor and I had is completely over, I have absolutely no feelings for him anymore. There is no point in even talking to him because all it would do is cause a fight, Taylor wouldn’t back down. Now if it will make you feel better, I can give the necklace back or something but there really is no point.”
Justin sighed, and I could tell he was calming down. He would get over this; it wasn’t even a big deal.
“Okay well if he ever makes a pass at you again, I will beat him down and you won’t be able to stop me, trust me.”
