First, thanks for choosing to read this note.

I am an 18 year old girl with very little free time but lots of passion. I don't really care if you like this story or not. Because this one is very close to my heart, and I'm only going to write and upload because I feel like it. Judge me if you want to. All your comments will be read, whether nice, constructive or rude. There might be a bunch of errors in the work, because I'll be uploading as I type. Do point them out or don't. I don't mind.

If you are against LGBT characters, sorry, this story is not for you. There may be certain characters who are not straight.

If you are judgemental, sorry, this story is not for you. Because this story is about being open and accepting.

If you don't like me so far, sorry, this story is not for you. I write because I love to. Thank you for reading so far.

Now, if you still choose to read, here are a few bits I'd like to clear up:

Asparks is a fictitious town, where there aren't too many people. It is a small place, where there is only one High School, namely, Asparks High. The most popular guy in school is River Anderson, who has a story of his own. He roams around with his gang of friends who act like they own the place, and everyone else pays enough deference to them that they might as well own the place.

Dot has just shifted to Asparks with her mother, whom she calls 'Mother' (Duh! I know...) and has a mysterious past. Here, in Asparks, she is the weird nerd who catches the eye of quite a few people.

This is my first effort at such a book. Please bear with me, and don't hesitate to point out any errors.

Which title would you prefer?

1. It's A Nerd Story

2. Miss Goody One-Shoe

3. Asparks High

Thanks again, for checking this story out.

-Love,

Maulashree.
