The sunlight shun across the room, reflecting Diva's shadow. But the light reflecting from the sun wasn't as usual. It seemed somehow flaming than usual. She could feel her skin perspire from the fathomless points of her pores, redness on what appears to becoming rashes. Disrupted, Diva awoke from her slumber, running out her room, searching for place where the sun ray doesn't hit. Sadly, the only place she could find was the basement.
But she had no other choice.
Her breath slowly rumbling, she quietly walks down the creaky steps. Echoing, while she whimpers in horror.
To her surprise, she suddenly lost focus and slipped, causing her to fall down the stairs, making a loud noise which reflects the sound throughout the basement.
"Diva darling?" she heard her mom's voice coming from outside the basement with a worry tone in her voice. Hearing it, she widely smiled, happy that her mom is here.
But Diva stopped herself before she could even reply to her. She's not sure why, but she didn't dare to answer her mother's call.
"Sweetheart? Are you there?" she hears her mother's voice once again. This time, it seems like someone was mimicking her mother's voice.
Suddenly, she felt someone tapping her shoulder from behind. Surprised she almost hit the person only to find out that it was her mom.
"Mom!!" she yelled, running in her grasp, hugging her tightly. Facing up, looking at her mother she said "You know, someone called my name from outside, and she sounded EXACTLY like you" giggling.
Then, she heard her mom's voice from upstairs again. She then heard footsteps from outside the door, peeking and seeing her mother signing her to come up.
Realizing, she slowly looked back to the basement. This time the mother in her basement tilted her head, staring widely at Diva, her mouth stretched forming an enormous smile.
"Oh"
