Silence might be the loudest thing on Earth.
A space where words are understood even when they weren't exactly heard. Where gestures and eye contact become your lifeline. When lies and truth could be revealed without an utterance of either. What jolts your nerves awake to smother it, even if you begged for it.
A person can never invite silence into their life. It's always kidnapped in the hardest moments when voices don't work. It's held hostage until someone caves in the argument. It's released once you address the real reason you're needed at all.
Silence is the loudest, funniest thing.
It tells you so much.
