The cool September air was refreshing as we stepped outside. I closed the door, and we started walking. Awsten held my hand and I smiled.
We walked in silence for a few minutes, but it was a good silence. Then, Awsten spoke.
"Olivia.. I really like you." He said.
I stopped walking and looked up at him. "You like ME?" I asked.
"Of course. You're beautiful, amazing, and you have a great personality." He said, and smiled. "You just light up my day whenever I see you."
I smiled again, and hugged him. Nobody has ever said something that nice to me before. I felt a tear go down my cheek.
I pulled away and wiped it away. "Are you crying?..." awsten asked.
I looked away. "I know, it's weird.."
"No, it's not. Now I have a question." He said.
I looked back and nodded. He held my hand and we started walking again though the park. "How did you become anorexia?" He asked, quietly.
I looked down. "It's kinda a long story.. but when we was 16, people always insulted me in school.. they said I was fat and ugly.. they said I was worthless." A few tears fell. "So I started to eat less and less.. and Otto didn't know about this. He took me to a doctor because I was getting really thin, and they said I had anorexia.." I said.
I looked at Awsten. He hugged me tightly so I hugged him back.
"Olivia, I'll always be here for you." He whispered.
I nodded and pulled away.
"Wanna go back now?" He asked.
I nodded again and we walked home.
-AT HOME
we opened the door and walked inside.
"Olive.. we have some news.." Otto said.
