Why did you?

" a hundred turned to stone, but to who's fault was that in the end when you thought she was a terrible villain that was evil well who's blood decorates the sand sure she killed many but ever wondered why ever wondered the depth of her motive ever stop and realize the only reason she became so wicked was hurt, hate, people that saw her as a hideous beast and when she had enough of people trying to kill her because she had snakes on her head and a few accidents she could not have controlled and finally she snapped and suddenly she realized she had the power to inflict pain on the cold heartless souls that rained hate on her so the real question is why would you be the real monster in that story why did you save those heartless people why did you? " asked a townsperson listening to the " hero's " story " well um I never thought about it that way, umm well to uhh answer your question well I did it because she was evil and killing lots of people and Ummmm....." The townsperson snarled at him " wow I thought you were heartless and evil but mainly your selfish, judgemental, evil, truly unbearable to listen to, self absorbed, egotistical, and absolutely idiotic dumb as a column " everyone gasped and then the queen said " how dare you criticize our champion that saved us all from that downright dreadful medusa may you be executed, guards prepare the lions and you make sure everyone knows you over there prepare the coliseum I want everyone to known what happens when you say this kind of stuff to our champion ". the horses that would carry the chariot were slow old after war horses but they would do but I knew what I had to do, the crowd roared as I was brought in I had asked for one single thing one knife and five minutes before they let in the lions I would give them a signal to let the lions in and then it would be no turning back " any final words " loudly screamed the queen as I shook my head and then she turned an hourglass my five minutes had begun I quickly dismounted my chariot and went to the horses the crowd was confused I then dragged the knife deep in a long stretch down the horse and after having done that I took the horses off there reigns and let them go I watched them run around gushing blood until they slowed to a nice pace then I use my last few minutes making a whip from the reigns then finally she screamed " TIMES UP! LOOSE THE LIONS " suddenly out came two ferocious beasts that at first came towards me but as they did they saw the wounded more meaty slow easy prey that was the horses so they stopped going towards me and went to the horses and ate them then slowly huffed towards me and saw the knife and whip in my hand I dropped the knife and whip as they got closer and closer and no longer were these beasts they laid down in front of me and looked at me then I got closer to them they didn't mind I got closer they looked straight at my eyes as If they were to open my soul for them to see I got closer so close I could reach out and feel there luxurious mane and I did but stranger than that it let me. After a while of petting it I went and sat on it and stroked it and it let me after awhile the queen was furious so she yelled " ALL 3 LIONS OUT NOW! " and at that out they came and they did nothing except one but 4 against 1 was odds that killed that lion so the queen yelled " WARRIORS KI- but then she was pushed down into the lion pit and decorated the sand a deep red and the lions ate her the most surprising thing was that it was the champion who pushed her.
