Any empty void of space, surrounded by a million stars, twinkle in peaceful sound. Then suddenly, a bigger portal opens up out of nowhere as a dozen space navy fleet comes out to enter a new galaxy. Behind them, an enormous super dreadnought leading as a flagship of these dozen of space fleets rallying on it. The size is 64KM of the super dreadnought flagship that would dominate everything in the universe.
And then, two more portals appear beside in the middle are two more super giant spaceships entering the galaxy along with their own navy fleets.
After the portals close down, a leading dreadnought flagship, Constitutional Authority, is first ahead to lead its whole fleet along with two super dreadnought-destroyers calling themselves the Dominion Enforcer as it has hundreds of armaments on its disposal.

Inside the Constitutional Authority's bridge room, there are hundreds of navy personnel and officers are doing their duties of controlling the ship. A Neotype Ogron wearing a highlighted white Admiral uniform named Thralnir Aracklora sitting on his command chair to oversee his crew to continue to drive this ship. A Neotype Wildkin Cat navy officer comes beside him saying to his superior.
Wildkin Cat navy officer: Admiral Thralnir, we made it to Omniverse No. 14564 - designated as Cosmic Era Universe. It's confirmed for the destination in a right coordination.

Supreme Leader of the Sovereignty Republic of Salvatia, Xavier Salvador, who is now 115 years old of Neohuman lifespan. He has black rounded ducktail beard on his face, and he has black quiff hair to see his change of appearance after he had accomplished everything so long against Celestial Gods, Devil King, and other things that threatened his supremacy of equality and coexistence.
When he was watching Omniversal Observation God's Eye on a different universe, he found it so shocked and disgusted by that universe where Naturals and Coordinators are having brutal conflict which seems to be race war in his point of view. He is so angry that he controlled himself from his rage that may result from wrecking stuff. Taking a deep breath, he decided what needs to be done. First, he went to the National Congress to convince everyone of what he had seen and showed them the conflict that their war is based on species and showing the atrocities committed in the war, racial prejudices, persecution of Coordinator, discrimination, and racial supremacy. After the talks, the members of National Congress have accepted his idea to intervene, and it is delivered to the public to know what is going on.
He made an aggressive speech saying about the universe divided by race war that he really hates so much, and he is going to intervene in that universe once and all to establish order to put the end of speciesism once and for all, for a name of unity, equality, and coexistence superiority. His citizens mostly voted to intervene and then he made a declaration of war to both factions for starting wars based on racial supremacy, discrimination, and genocidal destruction. They will never let go unpunished and they will know the retribution of his rightful wrath. He takes the dozen navy fleet and goes to another world, thanks to using Omniverse Portal Manipulation Center to open up the portal to another universe.
As he stares at the stars through a wide screen glass window, he is listening to his favorite music, which he borrowed from a different universe he secretly visited.
Then the elevator door opens to see Admiral Thralnir entering his throne room, walking towards him which is surrounded by his personal bodyguards called Dark Knights standing on each side away from their supreme leader, wielding dark aether red energy spear. He stands firm as he says to the supreme leader before him.
Thralnir: Supreme Leader, we have reached the right destination of this universe.
A supreme Leader turned his throne chair around to look directly at him.
Xavier: I see... That's good. Soon, we are going to bring their war to an end in our own hands. I want you to inform everybody to be prepared once we venture towards their battlefield so we can start to intervene with my forces armed to the teeth. I'll do the announcement to every one of my fleet.
Thralnir: Very good, sir. A brilliant, indeed. I'll be on my way to the bridge.
He was about to walk back all the way to the bridge room when Xavier stopped him.
Xavier: No need to walk all the way over there. Here.
He uses his godly powers to open the portal for his admiral to the bridge room.
Thralnir: Oh, thank you, supreme leader. How kind of you.
He genuinely nodded as an admiral entered the bridge room and the portal closed. He pressed a button to open the mic to announce every one of his entire fleets under his leadership. He takes a deep breath and says to everyone through the microphone in very serious tone.
Xavier: Attention, warriors of Salvatia. This is your supreme leader, Xavier Salvador. We have finally reached our destination in this universe—a universe where old human races, known as Naturals, are in conflict with genetically enhanced humans called Coordinators. Both sides initiated a war with the goal of eradicating the other, each vying for superiority in the species.
I declare that neither side deserves species superiority. Naturals, driven by jealousy and hatred, view Coordinators with genetic abilities as "un-human" and "abominations," seeking to eliminate them for the sake of a pure human species on Earth. These xenophobic speciesist attitudes have brought destruction to space and the planet's environment.
On the other hand, Coordinators from PLANT and ZAFT look down on lesser beings, believing they were created smarter and better than everyone else. Such ideals of supremacy cannot be tolerated. Their war, based on the desire to eradicate one another, has led to prejudice, persecution, and indiscriminate killings that have scarred the universe.
As the supreme leader of Salvatia, it is my rightful duty to step out of the shadows and intervene, eliminating both oppositions to establish a new order under my rule. This new order will protect those who wish to live in peace without suffering from war and indiscriminate persecution. Those seeking to become the superior species on either side shall face punishment, and the consequences will be brought down upon them without mercy. They have become speciesist and supremacists, making them our enemies, and it is our duty to vanquish them from existence.
To my proud soldiers of Salvatia, today, we declare war on both xenophobic nations of Naturals and Coordinator supremacists to bring an end to this conflict once and for all! Long live Salvatia! United per imperium!
