hate comments

⚠️ Warning: talk of suicide.

"if you don't kill yourself in the next 3 days then i'm gonna kill myself and my whole family will blame you."
"you are disgusting, you deserve all the bad things in this world"
"go back to the kitchen you fucking snake"

The list goes on, I can't escape them.
I was on my own, scrolling through Twitter and Instagram and all I was seeing was hate comments. I had no clue what I'd done to deserve all of it, but what I did know was that I was about to slip again. I couldn't help but sob, luckily I was alone and Leah wasn't there to see me cry or she'd probably hunt the people down and throttle them or something, so as always, I just sat there and felt my feelings on my own. That was until I got a knock on the door.

"Y/n? It's G, I can hear you crying." I heard Georgia from outside the door. She'd walked past the door whilst I cried and overheard it. Shit.

I didn't answer, but a couple of seconds later Georgia just let herself in. She looked so concerned.

"Are you okay?" she asked. I nodded, but the tears began to fall again so I couldn't hide it.

"You're not, so don't you dare say anything else." Georgia said, before sitting down next to me on the bed and wrapping her arms round me. That caught me off guard so I just broke down in her arms, which I hated but she didn't seem to mind.

"What's going on babe? It's okay, I'm here," she said softly, stroking my hair whilst I sobbed. I passed my phone to her without saying anything, letting her read all the comments that were popping up.

"What the fuck y/n, who's saying all this?"

"Don't know. Just randomers." I said between sobs.

Georgia knew how it felt to receive such nasty comments. She had dealt with them after getting a red card for a tackle not long ago, I remember her sitting crying for hours on end, and she's not a crier so you could tell it was bad. It took her a while to get back on her feet but she bounced back as always.

"Why would someone even say that? I'm actually speechless." Georgia said, holding me tighter as she spoke. "How long has this gone on for?"

"I've just seen it all now, but looks like it's been going on for a couple of days." I said.

Georgia picked up her phone and texted Mary, someone who had always given me such great advice, so I didn't mind that she was about to know. It took her a while to arrive though as when she got here she'd already spoken to Sarina so she could do a talk on it later on.

Mary opened the door and instantly sighed. She came and sat next to me on the other side to Georgia and was stroking my leg as Georgia passed my phone over to her.

"This isn't okay. How disgusting." Mary said. She was practically speechless too. They both comforted me for a while and kept me company before Sarina called us all to the main room for a chat. My heart felt like it skipped a beat. I suddenly started to shake.

"Hey hey it's okay, we're just going to chat to everyone and get some advice, yeah?" Georgia said whilst still holding me in her arms.

"Take deep breaths y/n, you're okay and everyone is on your side." Mary continued before they both pulled me up from the bed and took me to the meeting room.

"Is Leah back yet?" Georgia whispered to Keira when we got there, no one had seen her for hours as she'd been out doing interviews. Keira shook her head.

"We will just start without Leah for now, I think she's nearly back so she can catch up when she gets here." Sarina said, before sitting down in front of us ready to start her meeting. All the girls had come up to me and gave me hugs, which I really appreciated. Unbeknown to me, most of the girls had already seen all the comments online, after searching through Twitter after Sarina announced the meeting. Alessia came up to me in tears herself, absolutely shocked by what had been said.
