"Sameera."
"Yes?"
"Get up."
"No."
"What is it with you and sleeping for thirteen hours?"
"Uh- jetlag?"
"We came here a week back, please. You're just plain lazy."
"Okay, I am just plain lazy, then."
"Don't make me get you up, Mrs. Chopra" he threatened though I could feel his smile as he pressed his lips against my cheek.
"Ok, five minutes" I said agreeably.
"Its 12 AM, no five minutes. Just get up."
"But-" I shrieked as he pulled away the blankets and coldness hit me like a ton of bricks. I sat up at once, and glared at him through bleary eyes. "WHAT?"
"Good girl" He grinned, looking darn sight hot in a black t-shirt and tracks, his hair rumpled by sleep too. "You said you wanted to go sightseeing."
"Now I don't. Go back to sleep, now, give me the blankets like a good boy." I said, patting the space next to the gigantic, enormous, absolutely HUGE king sized bed. "See, you can rest too! Yayy for all."
"I don't want to rest, I am well rested and so are you."
"Easy for you to say" I turned the other way as I caught his grin and began smiling too.
"Oh, are you exhausted then, Sameera?" He asked, his breath brushing against my ear, making me shiver. "Why didn't you tell me you were?"
"You're such a guy."
"Not offensive, sweetheart, now get UP."
"But I don't want- aah!' I shrieked as he sighed and threw me over his shoulder, getting out of the bed. I was still shrieking as he casually walked through the giant home, seeming unperturbed by my screaming. Ok let me make some sense about our whereabouts. After this grand marriage which lasted for five days (I am still tired from that), Vidhyuth and I had to go back to our work because of the schedules. Then, a hectic fortnight later, he had whisked us off for 'a romantic getaway' to Greece and Switzerland. We had stayed for about three days in Greece (where I privately ogled at hot guys and Vidhyuth towed me away, scowling) and then we flew off to Switzerland, where this guy actually owns a villa (VILLA) where we were currently staying.
It was a dream. Seriously. It still felt kind of surreal; the beautiful wedding in Maldives, the moment we became 'husband and wife' (I am married; what the heck) and the moment we made the bond real (you know what I am talking about; shut up). And the villa just felt perfect; slightly secluded but stocked with delicious food and I wanted to sleep here forever.
Guess who doesn't like to sleep.
For a place which is cold and beautiful, one might always prefer staying in and sleeping, probably watch a movie. Vidhyuth is energetic. He revels the coldness. He likes stepping out for a jog at 5AM in the cold. He says it makes him fresh.
Well, I say that's bull shit and no way will I be up at five am.
"Vidhyuth, I demand to be put down!" I said firmly as he walked to the kitchen counter. It was cold! Even with the heater on at a correct temperature so that it doesn't get stuffy, I was still cold. I was just dressed in shorts and t-shirt (perfect sleeping ensemble) and the cold just pricked at me.
"Oh, shut up" He said lazily, giving me a through kiss as he sat me on the counter. I couldn't help it as I kissed him back, a sigh escaping me as I wrapped my arms around his neck, pressing myself closer to him, my cold body gravitating towards his warm one (he never gets cold). He pulled away after a few intense seconds, breathing hard, his grey eyes bright with desire as he said "I made you breakfast."
