Was in foster care a lot and used as a weapon as a kid.

Leon- daughter of the lord himself, SO LIKE AN ANGEL?? She HAS "powers"..like she randomly gets headaches and flashbacks in her mind of a white light...c:
She's albino and wears circular glasses, she also has freckles and wears a headband literally all the time
She is also very nice and an innocent baby X3
