Love or run?

Jake saw Ariel run away and followed her. He knew she was running because she was afraid of hurting someone but he also knew that if he didn't catch her he could lose her.

"Amile, I'm sorry, I have to go after her," Jake told her simply.

"Wait! She is losing control, she might hurt you. I know she won't be able to live with herself if she hurts you!"

"I can't lose her, I couldn't bear it. I love your daughter."

"Then please. Allow me and Levi to come with you. We won't take no for an answer. We're finished here."

Jake nodded then they all went after Ariel.

Ariel ran all the way to some huge building that looked abandoned. She went inside completely unaware of the fact that the building belonged to the Order of the void. When she went inside everyone looked at her.

"Well hell." Ariel said to herself as she got ready to fight. Her blood lust had completely taken over and she was ready to drain the blood of all the people around her. There were a little over 50 men there but that didn't mater to Ariel she was ready to tear them all apart. A few of the men attacked her but not to hurt her. They were holding her in place so she couldn't move.

Ariel tried to fight there grip but it was too late. One of the men had injected something into Ariel's arm and she felt weird. The men holding her let her go and she dropped to the ground. Her head was spinning. She felt like her blood lust got stronger.

What Ariel didn't know is that the stuff that they injected her with was something that made her blood lust more impossible for her to control. So in a way she was under the order's control.

Amile tried to track Ariel with her senses, and while she pinpointed her location, she could also tell that she was in danger. That the Ariel she sensed wasn't Ariel. Something was in control of her. The Order.

"Jake, you can't come," Amile said suddenly.

"What? You just said I could go!" He protested

"I know, but she has no control over herself anymore. The Order has her now. She'll kill you."

"I don't care. I have to try."

"Just let it go, Mom," Levi interjected, "I know this man, he is as stubborn as they come. I'll try my best to protect him."

"I just want to minimize the damage to us but if that is your wish, so be it. We need Harmon more than ever now. I hope he comes soon," Amile sighed, and prepared herself for what was to come.

They ran in and saw Ariel standing in the middle of the room. She wasn't attacking anyone.

"Ariel!" Jake yelled and ran to her. Ariel shoved him when he got close to her.

"NO!" Levi called out, catching Jake. He flew back quite a bit because of Ariel's force.

"She is under OUR control, now!" Someone boomed, "You'll never get her back."

"Watch us!" Levi shouted back, "My dad is out destroying your base as we speak, so what are you going to do?"

"We have multiple back-up leaders, and what we are going to do is this. Ariel! Attack!"

And she did.

She lunged at Amile, ready to tear her to shreds, but something much weaker got in the way, and this much weaker being pushed Amile away from her. She wasn't sure what it was, but it was wasting her time.

"Jake! What are you doing?" Amile yelled. Jake? Why was that name so familiar to Ariel?

"You are much more important to the outcome than I am, you need to survive, by any means possible. I just want Ariel back." Jake breathed heavily.

"Well, it'll be a lot better if you live too, Ariel would be able to live with herself. So don't throw yourself in the way like that, you are important too."

But soon after she said that, Levi called out for them to get down, but it was too late. Ariel had her teeth sunk into Jake's neck.

Ariel drank Jake's blood then something weird happened. She gained control of herself back. She was still in blood lust but for once she had full control over it. She let go of Jake and looked at him.

"Oh.. oh no... Jake?!" She began to shake him,"What did I do?"

Levi rushed over to Jake to take him from Ariel's grasp, "Looks like Jake's blood was what you needed to control it. I'll take care of Jake, you just focus on defeating the order."

"Levi! I can't leave him!" Ariel bit her lip, becoming worried for Jake.

"You won't have to, I'll take care of him. Now go beat them while you are at your strongest!"

Ariel did what Levi said knowing that he was right. She thought about how the order had tried to make her kill Jake and she got pissed. Her anger only made her stronger.

Meanwhile while Levi was tending to Jake and keeping him out of harms way, Harmon burst into the battlefield... with a severed head. It made everyone freeze up, including Ariel when she realized the enemies weren't attacking her back.

"L-leader?" one stared at the head dangling from its hair which was bunched up in Harmon's fist, "What did you do to our leader?!"

"Isn't it obvious?" He snarled, "Now give me back my daughter!"

Ariel smiled and watched as everyone in the Order dropped to their knees. She then ran to Jake who was still unconscious.

"Jake! How is he?!" She frantically asked Levi as Harmon and Amile went to deal with the Order.

"He'll be okay. You turned him, Ariel. But he seems to be handling it well."

"I.. I didn't mean to!" She was on the verge of hysterics.

"Ariel, calm down. He's fine. Unfortunately you were going to have to turn him eventually to protect him."

"Oh, Jake," she leaned in close to him and whispered, "I'm so sorry. I love you. Please don't leave me."

    Sorry this took so long wattpad kept deleting what I wrote so I kept having to re-write stuff.
