My bedroom door slammed into the wall causing me to jump as I was putting on eyeliner, "You made me poke myself in the eye"

Kat walked over and sat on the floor next to me, "Sorry I'm really anxious." 

I shook my head and continued to put it on my waterline. 

Katrina was nervous because we were going to a party, not a big one just a Halloween party at her friends Jake and Tara's house. Did I want to go? No I did not. Was I going? Unfortunately yes I am. Can I get out of it? Nope. 

"If Sam is there just ignore him," I told her standing up going to my closet. I grabbed my outfit off the hanger and walked towards the bathroom, "Just act like he isn't there Kat, It will be okay," I closed the door and yelled to her while I slipped into my costume, "You look hot, your just showing him what he is missing out on. He left you so show him how much he is missing out on." I opened the door, "Come zip me" 

Kat got up and walked over and zipped the back of my dress. I was wearing a little black lether dress with black  devil horns and knee high boots, Kat was matching me by being an angle. 

"What if he is flirting with someone else?" She asked panicked walking into her bedroom. We shared jack and jill bathroom. 

Katrina is my sister. We are 3 years apart with her being older than me. It isn't too bad having an older sister that is a singer it is just sometimes kind of strange since everyone thinks I wanted to be famous because of her. I did not want to be famous and calling myself famous is kind of a stretch. I've always been a quiet person and when I hit high school, I was very antisocial. I got super into video games, and I thought it would be fun to start a YouTube channel. Nothing big just talking not showing my face... until it blew up. One of the only internet females playing what are classified as "Boys games" who was actually good. A little while later I made a twitch account and started showing my face and well here, I am now. 

Our apartment was new but strangely laid out. It was a three bedroom thankfully; the master bedroom had a walk-in closet we both shared for our merch and that bedroom is Kat's recording studio. I got the biggest room since I am a streamer so I can have my setup along with my bedroom things. We have a kitchen and a living room but no dining room. Just an island. 

I sat on the counter and slipped my boots on, "He is heartbroken, I'm on his private snap story and he is so broken." 

"Your on his story!" She shrieked. I heard her stomp over to the bathroom, now she was wearing her dress, "Give me your phone!"

I shook my head, "Here, Knock yourself out." I handed it to her and started to curl my hair. 

Kat and I used to look the same until she started to dye her hair. Her hair is currently black but mine is the same brown its always been. We both have brown eyes just mine have a hint of green. We both have the same skin tone also i'm just a tiny bit more tan. 

"He is so sad," She said putting my phone down. She splashed her face with water then started on her makeup, "Lets drink tonight." 

Katrina pulled into a small houses driveway behind a few other cars. We both grabbed our phones and left everything else in the car and got out. The house was really cute, small two story with a cute garage.

We walked up to the front door and just opened it. The music was so loud once we opened the door and the house was flooded with people. 

"Katrina!! Brooke!!!" Tara yelled running over to us. She was wearing a ripped black wedding dress.

"Tara!" Kat yelled giving her a hug, "You look amazing" 

Tara walked over and gave me a hug, "Amazing outfits guys! Come in!" 

We weaved our way through the crowd until we got into the living room. Kat stopped in her tracks and I ran into her wings, "ouch. Why did you stop?"

I heard her take a deep breath and regain herself, "Nothing im good." She walked into the living room and straight towards the bottles on the tv stand. I looked around and saw Sam talking with Colby, Corey and Jake. 

"BROOKLYNNNNNN" Jake yelled and ran over to me. His group followed. Jake gave me a hug, "It's so good to see you, We havent seen each other in months!" I could smell the vodka on his breath.

I smiled, "I know its been a while." The other boys had now made there way to us. 

Colby smiled at me, "Hey Brookie" 

Colby has always made me nervous around him, I smiled back, "hey," He was wearing black pants with a black shirt and a race car jacket with fingerless gloves that matched the jacket with a hat.

Sam stood right next to him and wouldn't make eye contact with me. "Well It was nice seeing you Brooke. I will be back, I gotta make some more rounds." Jake left with Corey and Sam following. 

Colby took a drink of his White Claw then looked at me, "Can I get you one? I need another." 

I nodded and he headed off towards the kitchen. Kat was sitting on the couch and I walked over and sat next to her, "How are you doing?" 

"Took two shots and now I have this," She held up a twisted tea and took a long sip, "Devyn is almost here. When she gets here we are going to dance. Wanna join?" 

I chuckled, "Im alright but thank you." 

"Katrina lets go!" Devyn yelled running into the living room, "Hey Brooke!" she grabbed Kat and they quickly left the room. 

I sighed and grabbed my phone. 11:30. Woohoo. I got a message from Devyn saying she wasnt drinking so she could drive us home. I don't drive so im glad she said she would. 

"Here you go," Colby said getting my attention. 

I smiled and took the white claw from his hand, "Peach my favorite." I took a drink. Colby sat down on the loveseat next to the couch, "So how have you been?"

He smiled, "I've been good, you?" I nodded agreeing with him, "Hows Katrina been? I haven't wanted to ask." 

I took a deep breath, "She is okay, It's a lot for her to deal with but she's as okay as she can be."

Colby frowned, "Sam is hurting. He didn't wanna come tonight because of her going." 

I chuckled, "She didn't want too either." I took a sip and sighed looking around, "This is fun..." 

Chuckling Colby replied standing up, "Not a fan of parties?" I shook my head. "Well, I'm going to check on Sam. I'll be back."

About an hour later I got a call from Devyn telling me she took kat back to her house and she was sorry. I told her it was okay and sat there for a little longer. I stood up pulling my dress back down and finishing off my White Claw. I had a little buzz but that's only because I am a massive light weight. 

I made my way to the front porch and sat on a little bench. I took a few deep breaths and went on my phone to call an uber. "Brookie?" I heard a voice say. 

I looked up to see Colby walking up from the driveway, "hey."

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"I need an uber. Devyn took Kat to her house," 

He ran his hand through his hair, "Come get in, I'll give you a ride."
