Demon king: Truthfully yes, you'd really think the gods would choose a lowly commoner -sigh- I really pity you if so

M/C: I'LL SHOW YOU THAT THIS COMMONER WASN'T CHOSEN FOR NOTHING -Flames start conjuring around the horn of his trumpet, as he launches it more flames are attracted from the surrounding battlefield becoming bigger every second as it gets closer to the demon king who stands there unfazed-
Demon King: -with a look of pity- -sigh- you think this could stop me -a soft hum like tune can be heard before M/C's attack is deflected and shot flying into a mountain top miles away destroying it- I thought that after all that big talk you could at the very least do better than -Deviating his view from our M/C to look over to a dead girl wearing a shining white and blue dress- Her
M/C: What no this.. this isn't possible THAT WAS MY STRONGEST ATTACK
Demon king: Strongest? well then if that's the best you can do I might as well end your pathetic life. If you really think about it I'm doing you a favor, what would the people do if the only one to return out of the quintet be a lowly commoner, they would surely just kill you right there and then
M/C: NO I REFUSE TO DIE BEFORE I KILL YOU
Demon king: worry not commoner as for you shall receive the greatest honor of dyeing by my strongest attack [even if it is overkill]
M/C: NO I WILL DO ANYTHING TO PROTECT MY FRIENDS AND I WON'T DEFEATED BY YOU, EVEN IF IT KILLS ME I WILL DEFEAT YOU FIRST-a blue almost translucent box appears- huh what is this?
Message box: {message received, you will now be summoned to the [Gods band hall] In 5:00, 4:59, 4:58...}
M/C: Wait what?
Demon King: Now are you ready -the musical hum starts to get louder as it becomes more comparable to a choir and it grows louder still- CAN YOU HEAR IT NOW WARRIOR THE SOUND OF YOUR DEMISE IS ALMOST READY -the choir seems to be reciting a scale till they end in the highest note, one by one they get to that note as all you can here is a high pitched noise all around the battlefield, and amidst that the M/C can make out two word that put and end to the harmony- [CHOIR OF OBLIVION]-a large purple magical beam is sent towards our M/C-
M/C: well I guess this is it -sigh- in the end I couldn't protect anyone and I ended letting the demon king escape, I do hope they can put an end to him. heh its kind of funny really; me the weakest of the group the last one to die, I hope we can meet in another life -as it all fades away our M/C notices one last thing-
Message box: {NOTICE the gods are ready to meet you, Now teleporting to the [Gods band hall] ...
god 1: -a booming voice like the sound of thunder in a storm loudly and proudly states- RISE NOW WARRIOR
M/C: -coming to senses- huh? where am I -looking around all I see is a luxurious white marble temple filled with golden instruments of all kinds on the walls and gems that sparkle like the sun on pillars that stretch up as far as the eye can see- what is this place
god 1: YOU SON ARE AT THE GODS BAND HALL, WE SUPREME BEINGS HAVE ANSWERED YOUR CALL TO CLING ONTO LIFE AND HAVE DECIDED TO GIVE YOU ANOTHER TRY AT LIFE
M/C: Call? what call and just who the fuck are you, supreme beings I've never heard of something so stupid, if you are 'supreme' beings how come you 'supreme beings' ain't help us when we where being massacred by the demon king ALL MY FRIENDS DIED BECAUSE YOU 'SUPREME BEINGS' WOULDN'T GET OFF YOUR ASSES TO HELP US
god 1: -in a somber tone- We supreme beings also know as the seven gods or the heptagram are not aloud by nature itself to help you humans all we can do is bestow power and blessings onto you, we do regret not being able to help you, we all are
M/C: Wait you've been saying we and gods all in plural where are the others
-six other beings jump down from the pillars that surround the room- god 1: let us introduce ourselves WE ARE THE HEPTAGRAM THE SEVEN SUPREME BEINGS OF THIS WORLD
M/C -looking around I see seven different glowing figures, the only I really pay attention is the one in front of me the others I barely get to see their race and a few features before they get shooed off by the one I believe is the main god, he looks like a human mid 40's with long brown hair and an armor that you would see kings wear in old fairy tails, What I got to see of the others was only that race they seamed to be, one a woman elf with long golden hair but not much about her suit, another a giant with big hulking muscles but I couldn't make out his face (or head for that matter) one a dwarf which I only got a glimpse of a weapon or sort of pickaxe , next a slime which looked like a female but I've heard slimes don't have gender , finally too I almost didn't notice as they left so fast but I did see a dragon like appearance and a shadowy almost smoke like figure-
M/C: So -in an aggravated tone- what do gods want with me
god 1: we gods have decided to send you back, back so you can grow stronger and defeat the demon king
M/C Me? why me you know surly that I was the weakest out all of them I TRIED MY BEST I FOUGHT MY HARDEST I SHOT HIM WITH ALL I HAD YET I COULDN'T EVEN SAVE ONE OF THEM, THE DEMON KING KILLED ALL MY ALLIES THEN PITIED ME LIKE I WAS A PUPPY WITH NO OWNER. SO WHY ME, IS THIS JUST ANOTHER COINCIDENCE, WAS IT JUST BECAUSE I WAS THE LAST ONE TO DIE, or was it just bad luck like everything else in my life
god 1: this decision is not for nothing we god make no mistakes and believe me you were not one either, now we shall send you back in time five years ago to before anyone knew of the demon kings arrival.
