CHAPTER 1: A LIQUIFYING

DEATH

Running down the street with terror in his eyes, Zach sprinted for his life. His beautiful friend, Isabella, was trailing him not ten inches behind. Up ahead was a turn off for. This was there chance to confuse there followers. They dash with their lungs nearly collapsing from exhaustin. With the murderer getting closer, Zach and Isabella jump from a dock into the freezing cold water. Having to stay underwater, Zach comforts Isabella with his warm and protective arms.

Not wanting the killer to see them, they swam deep down into an abyss filled with uninviting darkness. Zach attempts to go up for air but Isabella tugs on him to stay and protect her. They can't stand the airless cave much longer. They squirm to the top of the surface for air. Both of them let out a humongous sigh of relief. This was their chance to escape the bone chilling water and head for warmth. This is the beginning of a very rare love. This is a story of life and death!

CHAPTER 2: THANKFULLNESS

It was a misty night covered in fog and chill bumps galore! Zach goes in search for a warm shelter, but he fails to complete this simple task. Isabella is shivering to the bone, and Zach just can't stand to see her suffer. Taking off his only source of warmth and placing it on her, he breathes heavily into his hand to bring a small ounce of heat to his froze body.

They have been on there own since there parents were drafted to the navy and never returned. Isabella sits quietly, thinking to herself what her life might be like if her parents had of returned. She releases a quit pout and cries a bit, but she quickly sheds her tears so that her companion wouldn't think of her as weak. Thunder strikes as it begins to pour on there already cold evening. Zach, with out a doubt, comforts Isabella with his masculine muscles and soggy tee-shirt. They huddle together as if it is the end of the world. Each if them wonder why this has happened to them. "If only's we had ourselves a coupler of umbrellers we could keep us dry!" Zach stated with his extremely southern acent.

"You are completely right Zach, it would be generous of god to provide us just a little shelter."

"Maybe we shourd pray a whittle bit," Zach exclaimed "I mean we do have it purty goord. I have you, and right now, that's purty much all I needs!"

"You're right about that to, maybe we should be thankful that at least we have each other. God could have just easily seperated us when we were kidnapped as he did keep us together! Lets go into prayer, would u mind leading?"

"Sure thing sweetheart, lets now are heads and close are eyes! Dear lord Jesus, thank you for dieing on that cross and savin us from our sins, I pray that ye whatch over Isabella and me! I pray and thank ye for the world ye gived us. I thank ye for yesterday, today, and (if we get it) tommorow. In ye heavenly name I pray, Amen!"

"Let's get some shut eye. We have a big day tommorow" said Isabella.
