I can't draw for shit so just know all of my images of Starry (or any OC) is made with AI (NOT my writing, only images :D). Anyway... Here's my neko OC :D

Here's some info on Starry so that the story makes a bit more sense (if it makes any at all) and some AI generated images of her for visuals:

*Name: Starry
*Age: 28
*Height: 5ft'6in (smol)
*Race: Neko
*Appearance: Pale skin, long black wavy hair, black cat ears, black cat tail, green eyes, curvy, lean, ethereal voice, black tank top, black pants, black combat boots, 5ft black metal staff
*Personality: wild, charismatic, playful, feisty, assertive, stubborn
*Neko Skills: heightened hearing, heightened smell, agile, extremely flexible, unbreakable sharp claws, can see in low light, can roar loudly
*Likes: fish, forests, running, hunting
*Other: Starry joined the CP9 team five years ago and has a power level of 2000. Starry is a neko, meaning she looks human with a cat tail and cat ears and has enhanced feline senses. Starry can roar and shift her nails into powerful claws that are almost impossible to break. She usually walks bipedal but will sometimes sprint quad petal since it allows her to run faster. She is ridiculously agile, flexible, and can effortlessly balance on most things. Because she is a neko she will sometimes become more feral than human, specifically when angered, leading to irrational decisions in her animalistic state of mind.

She also has cool fighting moves too that she may or may not use in the story (idk yet):

*Feral Fury*
When Starry gets too angry, her neko side comes out more. This puts her in a more feral and animalist state of mind, making her more fierce and aggressive but less rational. In this state she will only recognize people she is close to and refrain from harming them.

*Phantom's Dance*
Phantom's Dance is a special move Starry created in her time on CP9. This move shows her opponent several after images of her for a short time before she seems to vanish in thin air. Starry usually follows up by suddenly appearing next to her opponent and delivering a devastating hit with her staff.
