"Luna, por favor dame al hombre que amo. I love him but he doesnt love me. I'll do anything for you mi Luna. por favor." she begged the silver moon as she walked closer to the ledge. Her arms rested on the railing as she looked up. Her white gown dragged behind her.
"You will have your man of a dark complection" From the sky the full moon spoke
"But in exchange I want the first child that you will give him." the moon finished
"You want to be a mother, moon. But please tell me, silver moon, what do you intend to do with a child of skin?" the woman asked with her dark hair resting on her shoulders.
As time went on, the woman got the man she loved. The love grew between them like the waves grew as they hit the cliff she once stood on. They were young and in love when she had her first child. As she held him in her arms the man was left in shock. The child had skin of silver with gray eyes.
"Whose child is this? Id be damned, Este niño está enfermo." the dark man said in shock.
"What do you mean? He is your son." The woman looked up to him as she layed on the bed.
The man got up and left the room. In rage he grabbed a knife from the kitchen and stormed up to the room they both shared. He stood by the door watching her with the knife in hand.
"Whose son is he? ¿Crees que soy un pendejo? Do you take me as someone stupid?" He demanded to know. She tried to speak as he ran up to her. Blinded by the anger and pain; he held the knife above his head.
"Who is the father of this sick child!" he yelled as he wounded his lover to death.
He stood up seeing what he had done.
"Mi amor! ¿Qué hice? What have I done to the love of mine?" he asked himself. He kneeled down by her side lifting her head in his arms.
"Mi vida, perdóname. What have I done?" He held her in his arms with tears running down his face. Tears and blood mixed as the sun went down.
"I can't stay here. But I don't want to leave you alone." he said as he caressed her face.
*nehh* the silver baby cried. The man took him in his arms.
"Damned child." He got up carrying the child to his desk. He sat down on his chair with the baby in his lap as he picked up a pen and started writing.
To: whomever reads this letter.
This is not my son. I have killed my wife out of rage. This is a damned child. He was born in the dead of night on a full moon. I killed my wife that same day. I'm leaving this child the next night. Do as you wish with him. I hold no love for this sick child. You may as well kill him. For he holds no value in this world. His skin is contrary to mine. He is a silver child while I am dark. My wife has skin of gold that shines in the sun. with long black hair sitting on her shoulders. I am unsure of who the true father is. I killed her before I was able to find out. The final words of my love were He is your son. I hope he lives a miserable life. Just like he ruined mine.
