Ami pov

We were driving down a long road I could feel the van swerving left and right thanks to Sadiq driving I wasn't really focusing on that though my mind and eyes were focused on her

"I want to go pee" Reese said shouting Sadiq stopped opening the sliding door for us I saw Ana walk with Reese while
Jordon and Holly went off by themselves

"Why can't I drive the Spartie van" I asked Sadiq and he closed the van door

"Uh cause you don't know how to"

"Neither do you" I pushed Sadiq making him stumble I begin walking towards anywhere but here when I heard Kat talk again

"Ami when did you last have your insulin"

"When I was suppose to when did I last have a decent meal more like" I turned back around walking away "what" I yelled back at Sadiq as Kat held him back

I was pacing by a tree while everyone else was inside the van looking through all the food we had being disappointed

"Ami are you alright" ana asked walking towards me

"Bloody brilliant Ana" I slide my back on the tree sitting down on the floor

"Your blood sugar gone down Ami" Ana begin to get a little flustered sitting next to me touching my face for a fever I suppose

"I can hear your heart racing" I told her she looked into my eyes

"How do you know my heart is racing" her hands still on my face

"Cause mine is" she removed her hands from my face before getting up from next to me I picked myself up and stood next to her

"Sadiq Ami not feeling well" Ana said speaking for me  the group got their supply before leaving their separate ways

"Will get some fresh food promise stay here" Sadiq told me "Ana will stay with you right Ana" Sadiq said Ana shifted a little uncomfortable before agreeing

"Want to take a walk" I asked Ana

"Better not you need to conserve your energy" Ana said

We sat in the van bored as ever as more and more time passed we stayed in silence Ana wouldn't even let me talk without saying I was wasting my energy so after a while we were in a comfortable silence I banged a tree branch against the van while Ana sat next to me

"What's the first thing your going to do when the adults are back" I asked Ana she never mentioned her life before everything happened every time I brought up this question or one similar she shut me down like right now she just shrugged

"Jordon Holly" I shouted as I saw them come back into eye view with loads of food Ana got up helping them carry everything back towards the van

"Eat up Ami" Jordon said handing me a piece of pie I dug into the pie not even caring how messy it was and ate it I looked around as Holly ate a jar of jam and Ana was eating an orange slice

"Save some for the others" Holly said

We all were sitting now totally stuffed with all the food we ate we were all laughing and telling jokes

"I wonder where the other are" Jordon said

"Probably starving somewhere" I responded

"Yea wherever they are they're totally missing out" holy said eating more jam

"I'm off to sleep wake me up when the other get here" Ana said laying down in the corner

"Same I've got a sugar rush" Jordon said
