Intro
I lived in a very big house with amazing parents. I was the only child but I liked it. one day my parents got in a car accident while I was at school and they passed away. I was about ten years old when this incident happened. OFCOURSE I couldn't live alone so two parents adopted me. I would cry everyday because my real parents were better then these adopted ones. they had a daughter though, who was older then me by a year. I loved her more then ever! her names Nia. my adopted parents never treated me like their daughter😭 It was like living in hell............
" C'mon Nia!" I called honking the horn "I don't want to be late for cooking class!"
"Alright Alright, just let me grab my purse" she replied
I saw her quickly run out of the house and into the drivers seat. "Your so lucky your sixteen" I said "How come?" she asked raising an eyebrow "because you get to drive a car" I answered like it was obvious
She laughed "One more year and you'll be driving" she said patting me on the back. I smiled she always brightens my day.
It took us twenty min to get there. I really liked cooking, that's why Nia and I would take cooking classes.
"Nice work Mackenzie!" said Mrs Bitty smiling and giving me a thumbs up "Thank you" I said also giving her a smile.
I also had a part time job at the cafe shop. id make $10 per 2 hours. that's ok for me since I'm young. if your wondering, I do not go to school. I'm homeschooled. I went to school till Grade 5 but when my parents died, the adopted parents didn't care much about my education. so they home schooled me. Nia on the other hand did go to school💎 that's why she's good at socializing. I'm not very good but I try to. that's why I don't have any friends. it gets alonly in the house but Nia always there for me

later that day for dinner Nia and I made rice with chicken. I heard the door bell ring so I quickly went to answer it.
"👀"oh Hi mum and dad!" I said smiling, they ignored me and walked in the house
"What's for dinner?" step mom asked with her cold voice "Rice and chicken" I answered "o hello Nia dear" said step mom ignoring me again and giving Nia a kiss on the forehead.
"Looks delicious sweetie!" said step mom excited
" Mackenzie helped making it!" said Nia smiling at me. Step mom rolled her eyes and whispered in Nia's ear
"she's dirty don't let her cook" that whisper was loud enough for me to hear. Water started to drop from my eyes. "MOM stop it that's not true!" said Nia defending me
Shes the best sister ever!!

During dinner we were all so quiet, until step dad broke the silence "Mackenzie dear, we need to talk to you about something important" he said
I looked up from my food and starred at him "Well wha-what is it?" I asked nervous "Now that your fifteen, your grown up and can take care of yourself" he paused and took a sip of water "Am I right?" he finished "Ye-yes" I replied "Well your mothe- your step mother and I have decided to let you live in with someone else" he paused again "We found you a husband" he finished My eyes widened and before I could say anything Nia flipped out.
"DAD ARE YOU CRAZY!!! SHE'S ONLY 15 YOU CAN'T FIND HER A HUSBAND!!!"
my eyes started to water up and I was trying to control my tears.
"Mackenzie could you go up stairs for a minute, we need to talk to Nia" I nod and went to my room.
I wanted to know what she was saying do I easdroped
"Liston Sweetie, she's not apart of our family. she needs to go" I heard mum say
"MOM! HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT! I love her. she's like a real sister to me!! I can't just let her go so easily!!" yelled Nia
"But Nia. the family are going to buy her and are going to pay us a lot of money, $10000" said step mum
'So they are going to sell me, how could they' I thought
"WHAT!!! JU CRAZY IM NOT GUNNA LET YOU SELL MY SISTER!! NO WAY!! U GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!!" Nia yelled even louder
"Liston, the Guys 17 perfect age difference, she will be happy" said Step dad
"NO SHE WON'T BE HAPPY!!! I KNOW HER MORE THEN YOU!" Nia said sobbing
that's when I quickly went to my room as they continued arguing. I shut my door and say behind it crying.
I let out all my tears. 'What should I do' I though 'Um happy Nia's my step sister she's amazing'
that's when an idea hit me
I will run away...............
