{KEN'S POV}
Why should I lose you when you're my dream?
You are my life now.

I was still feeling nauseous when I tried to eat without Luna's help. I don't want to be a burden to her since she is also taking care of Kale. I felt bad for not coming to work.

I noticed that Luna is extremely quiet tonight. We have been living together for almost a year now, I know when something's bothering her.

"Are you ok?" I asked while chewing my food.

She didn't hear it. She was still moving her spoon on her plate in a circular motion. She's staring at it blankly.

"Luna." I reached for her hand but she immediately jumped from her seat. She looks disoriented.

I looked at her worriedly. When she caught my eye, she smiled embarrassedly.

"I'm sorry, were you saying something?" she asked.

"Luna, what happened?" I asked softly.

"N-nothing. I'm just a bit tired." she grinned.

"Then rest. I'll take care of the dishes." I said.

She shook her head, "No, you're still sick."

"I'm ok. Please. Just rest." I stood up and started cleaning up.

"Ken, please let me do this. I have been a burden to you since so please just let me do this." she blurted firmly. I was scared for a moment, it was the first time I've seen her like this.

"A burden? I don't know what you're talking about, Luna. Isn't it the other way around?" I said.

She avoided my eyes and started piling up the dirty dishes in the sink.

I don't know what really happened to her but I have a feeling that if I pressed her on talking, she will cry. I sighed and took a step back.

"By the way, I'm planning to sleep in my parents house tonight. I need to check on Kale. You can handle being alone for tonight, right?" she explained.

I nodded, "Yes." I turn my back at her and walked to the bedroom. I feel lightheaded and not because I was sick but because I think Luna is being untruthful. Maybe she is mad at me for being sick and not being able to work for two days now.

I just slept and tried to forget what happened. I need to get better so I can go back to work.

The next day, I was feeling a lot better. I got ready for work and realized how lonely and quiet the house was without Luna and Kale. I miss them already.

After work, I went straight home and saw that the lights inside the house are still off. Wait, Luna is still not home?

I went inside checking every room and Luna and Kale are nowhere to be found.

I grabbed my phone and called her but she didn't pick up. I sent her a message asking where she is but still no reply.

I tried to stay calm and think of other things. Luna is not really the chat type of person. Maybe she is busy with Kale.

I cooked and started eating my dinner. I checked my phone and still there is no message from Luna. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door, making me jump. Luna?
