Axel walked out of the ground bridge as it closed behind him. He was now on the move but this time he had no extra clothes, no food, no money, means of transportation, or even a left arm. He started walking forward as he seemed to be in some badlands of some kind, he was still in the U.S. per his request but he didn't know where.
He walked until he found a road and then started walking on the side of that road until he arrived a medium size town that looked run down but still had plenty of people and businesses around. Many locals saw him as most just saw him and kept doing what they were doing while others watched him closely, Axel wasn't sure what they were judging, him, the way he looks with his clothing or maybe it was the missing limb.
Axel just kept walking as he walked over to a mechanic shop as he saw a very beautiful girl around his age fixing a motor of a car.
Axel:<clears his throat> excuse me.
The girl turned around and Axel was stunned by her beauty but kept himself composed.

Mikaela: yes? What can I help you with?
Axel: could you please tell me what state I am on? I walked for so long I don't know which state I am at.
Mikaela: South Dakota.

Mikaela: that's... tiring.
Axel: it is.
Mikaela: would you like some water?
Axel: I appreciate it. Unless you're gonna charge me afterwards because I don't have money at all.
Mikaela: I won't charge you, I promise.
Axel: then yes, I would like some water.
Mikaela grabbed a water bottle from a cooler full of ice, beer and water as she hand it to Axel as he took it.
Axel: thank you.
Mikaela; no problem.
A man that was older than them walked over as he grabbed the water bottle from Axel by force.
Colin: you ain't getting that without paying.
Mikaela: dad-
Colin: no, nothing in the world is free so you want water, you're gonna pay for it.
Axel: I don't have any money or anything valuable on me.
Colin: that's not my problem at all. Now get out of here before I set my dog on you!
