PRISHA'S POV
I woke up early today because I have to catch a flight today 8am . Iam not a morning person but rather a night owl ..... I made sure that i woke up early today because i have severe punctual anxiety
Like... My biggest ick is to reach a place late.
I called my bestfriend as we both are to board this flight together but she did not pick up so i decided to leave her a text
"Heyy Rosh remember that we are flying to Paris today ? Please remember to reach airport early"
There was no response..... As per usual she is a bad texter!!!
At the airport....
It was already 8 and I couldn't find that my friend anywhere.... I was called to board the as I was getting late by my colleague . We are going to Paris as a team on investigation about the "Notre dame " . This has always been my dream... To fly abroad for work to make my own memories and get lost In my dream creating a bookish life for myself!
As got on the plane i hoped that my friend did too and got out the book i was currently reading ... Ive always loved reading ever since I randomly read 'the fault in our stars by Jhon green'...... I've loved getting lost in a book .. in a world thats ... Sure not real but so very dreamy and makes my heart pounder everytime i read a book always hoping to be the girl in the book....
And just like that 14hrs of flight was over and we landed
I was in the lounge of Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport it was everything and even more than i had imagined.......
The first thing i did was text my mother though we don't live together anymore a part of my heart will always be the lil girl needing her mom to pick out her birthday dress
I walked past the gates and found a well dressed man .... He very much looked like he was there to pick me up ... The agent my office found for rosh and I since I couldn't find her ... I went near that man in my crop t-shirt and grey sweatpant .. I said to him "It is I prisha shetty shall we go to the car?"
